I think there were viewers that really are more into full blown romance, and what I observe this years those dramas that have a lot of kissing scenes and skinship have the highest ratings either kdrama or cdrama. But as for me I watch dramas for good story/plots and not basing on romantic scenes solely. And as for this drama I will see this to the end cause I'm a fan of Li xian and Yang zi from (GGS) haha.
My heart break each time Gyeon-u's parents shows up pushing him away and just don't wanna get near/touch him. Instead of Gyeon-u being a curse/badluck, I think having parents like them are far more worse than a curse or badluck, who treats there own kids, their own blood that way😠How painful would that feel. His parents should pay for this in the end.

I'm wishing the rating would maintain for at least 8 and not go down to 7, I'm a fan of them since 2019 (GGS), but sadly I cannot defend them on this project hahaha the story plot was just hayy! I feel very tired while watching every episode and I think that its the reason some viewers rated it low, and maybe because of the pull and push of strings, additionally as far as I could remember they don't have a single kissing scene yet on this drama. Also too many annoying characters that makes the viewers blood boil. BUT still I LOVE watching this for LX and YZ.

Yes that was the term I've been looking for, his "character depth". I like how his character showed on the first few episodes his empty, unlively, cold and colorless, but now his starting to have color and feel warm thanks to her, but then again that lady shaman showed up again and now tourmenting him again also that girl H calling him which changes back to his cold character. And yeah I agree with you its not just a simple crush now, like on ep5 she said that, she really feels pain a lot in her heart that proves that her feelings were genuine or going deeper.
