Asian Dramas is my Haven, When I am feeling lonely, stressed, or feeling gloomy, Kdrama and Cdrama are always my go-to escape.
Hello! I started watching Asian dramas at a young age; I think I was 8-9 years old at that time, and the first drama that I saw was none other than Korean dramas, in our country when I was a child, DVDs and CDs were very popular, and they were pirated. I don't know if which one was the first drama I watched, but it's the following: Winter Sonata, Spring Waltz, and Stairway to Heaven. I remember feeling frustrated at a young age due to the endings of Winter Sonata and especially Stairway to Heaven, not to mention the storylines. Those times we exchange CDs and DVDs with our friends or neighbors, often Kdrama and Taiwanese drama. One time my aunt played a CD, and that introduced me to Boys Over Flowers, and it became my favorite, and I was so charmed with Lee Minho. Then years past, I was in high school. Those pirated CDs and DVDs are starting to disappear because it's illegal. After that I continued watching dramas on satellite television that will air so I'm not that active but then when I got to college that's the time that I started to actively watch Asian Dramas.
First Cdrama I have watched is A Love so Beautiful, it aired on satellite television I was running home always after school just to catch up on its scheduled airing time.
