I love the show. Last episode was kinda annoying at parts but I hope episode 15 makes up for it. Not a fan of Hye Jin's emotional blackmailing and pressurizing Du Shik into talking about his trauma. She did eventually come around but she made it awkward with her "break" and everything. I do understand where she is coming from but their relationship is fresh and it will take time (although maybe the dynamic will be different at that age and you immediately start looking for a future). Du Shik is definitely flawed too, super mature but flawed in his own way. Where do we get one of him?

Hallmark movies are so one dimensional. There is definitely a lot more depth here. American Christmas Special Sets are no where near kdramas despite the clichés. Also, she's definitely not a big city clueless girl, she's not adjusted to the life of the small town or sees that the life in the small town is better. She was stubborn then, she still is the same.

Are you referring to the lesbian storyline. Is that a "dark relatavist" idea or just plain reality?

All the side characters had their full stories and our main lead story was still left in that weird note at the end of the episode. Hated the damn punch or atleast it should've been in the middle of the episode

It wasn't really a love triangle. Book Joo liked the doctor but she was heart broken. The main romance had not really started then. It was really well done.

Ugh. Not a love triangle WTF can we have one nice drama without a love triangle. This is why I can keep re-watching Weightlifting Fairy and IOTNBO. I really like the FL but her social position comment caught me off guard. I hope she grows from that cause that mindset was so disappointing. Love the show though. I'm ready for war with that new third wheel idiotic guy

Yaya agreed, I concluded my choice without these factors obviously. In consideration fo everything, I love this series. But you cannot help but compare right? TU made him a megastar but I have my doubts whether they will be able to cast him in season 2. Also, Tang San changes appearances also right. Let's see. I love xiao zhannnn omh

The novel for this is sad too! Try it! MDZS is my favorite of all time but it is much darker and intense than this so it's a great break
