Hm... although it falls into the grey area, I 'd still consider it a Bromance, since the story hasn't established their feelings for each other as romantic. There's definitely some romantic subtext, but in my opinion, it's not enough to be considered BL.
If you're planning to watch it, I'd say give it a try... you might enjoy the subtle tension between them even as a bromance.

Their closeness, however, is far beyond the traditional societal standard of friendship. It is 'strictly non sexual' and they do not have physical or romantic attraction.
However, the meaning behind the term 'bromance' has been slowing shifting in recent years. Nowadays it is also being used for extremely close male friendships that has lot of emotional intimacy or even homoerotic subtext without the relationship being explicitly established as romantic.
BL or let's say Boy's Love on the other hand, is a genre that centers around romantic and/or intimate relationships between male characters. And no, NC scenes are absolutely not a requirement for something to be BL. Neither is kissing. A BL can have no sexual content whatsoever and still be BL.
The more important distinction is how the relationship is framed and established within the series.
If there are two male characters who love each other deeply, but if their love is never established as romantic, then it's reasonable to interpret their relationship as a bromance.
But if the narrative establishes romantic attraction between them (even if it's without sexual content, kissing or an explicit confession), then it can still be BL.
I say this because as far as I understand, even romantic relationships may not always have sexual and physical attraction. But, even so, they have romantic tension between them and expectations of emotional or romantic monogamy.
Nowadays, some series with heavy bromance include that romantic tension but it does not follow up with expectations of emotional or romantic monogamy. So, as audience it get's difficult to understand if it's BL or Bromance. In such cases, as long as the characters do not verbally confess or cross any romantic milestones such as romantic gestures or kissing, the series will generally be treated or categorized as bromance, even if the audience may interpret the relationship romantically.
Now, some shows which are promoted as bromance may have hidden or subtextual romance (unspoken jealousy, long glances, angsty separation, queer coded themes, etc.). In these cases, it will still be called Bromance as the production team intended, but it is up to audience how they would wanna interpret it.
Ahhh, there's quiet a large grey area in between the two though.

So before I watch episode 8, I have two theories I wanna talk about Baek Jun Beom.
Theory 1 - Baek Jun Beom is THE first boyfriend. I mean, I think it was original Jun Beom who died in Syria and somehow Lee Su Ho ended up with Jun Beom's face. I know, it sounds far fetched but it could be true.
Theory 2 - Baek Jun Beom actually liked Lee Su Ho. Yeah, I mean romantically.

Even if JinWoo had said his feelings were "100%", I don't know why but I think Seungho would have had picked Hyeyeon only.
I hope JinWoo, Chaebe, Sujin and Yongkyu all find happiness and love they want in the real world.

And to the couples at the end, hope they are happy and living good life.
I knew Chaebe wouldn't back out, but had a feeling Yongkyu might.
After episode 13, I started thinking Sujin might choose Heejin after all.
