Ohhh... I believe I read about "The Mantis" Movie on a web-novel somewhere . The plot seems similar. If it's the same one I'm thinking, I'd love to watch it!
I remember searching for this movie a couple years back. Finally got the chance to watch the English subbed version. I liked the Shanghai Story the most, but others are good as well. Also, I couldn't recognize Chen Bo Lin for a second there! (Tokyo Story).
Yup, Watched Ep3 and yes "there was whole lot of drama"
First, I like Sand and Ray's storyline a lot. First and Khaotung are good at what they do. Love them.
Second, well Boston reminded me of a certain character from one of earlier GMMTV shows, but I don't think I'll feel bad for him later on the series. Also, will it be Nick who will spoil all the hidden secrets by the end of the series? I kind of think that's where the story is going.
Third, Mew... ah I don't really think he is as bad as people are guessing him to be. It's only been 3 episodes and we don't know what really happened between him and Ray two years back. I think it's simple as them kissing and trying to explore but then one of them decided not to change things between them. Also, it looked as if he wanted Ray's happiness from their conversation. Not wanting to have sex with someone or giving himself time to know if someone is actually into you and not just physically doesn't make you manipulative, does it?
Fourth, About Mew calling Ray after he couldn't reach Top. Yup I know what you think about this... but we can also see this from another POV. Ray has mostly been there for Mew. And Mew has been comfortable at that. He has gotten used to Ray always being around. So, he called Ray.
Not that I'm siding with Mew because I, myself don't know what's going on, but come on, we can give him benefit of doubt here. :p
Fifth, Top made me almost laugh. Is he an idiot? Was he pissed? hurt? or did he feel betrayed? when Boston clearly told him the video was taken 2 years back. I mean, I could understand if he thought Mew lied but rather than talking about it with the person, he got himself seduced. lol.
Sixth, if it goes by its predecessor show, no one will actually come out as completely innocent for sure. But I don't think they will take the same route. At least not in this season. ;)
And that's me ranting after a very long time. Ah this feels good.
I just can't believe there's only 4 days before this season ends.... Also I never thought I'd love 'Stay With Me' as much as I'm loving it. On personal note, this has been the best series I have watched this year. <3
Seven episodes in. One left before we bid this show a goodbye. And to say how I've felt while watching it... I think I really need to work on my vocabularies first.
While watching the show, I could feel each and every character's emotions. Whether others see as their actions as good or bad, I saw the struggle, pain, heartbreak and everything in between. I couldn't say anyone was wrong for everyone had their own reasons and situations. Unlike many, I liked all the character's and couple's storyline.
Jim-Wen storyline had me invested. And when I say 'invested' I do not mean I want to see if they end up together. No. What I mean is... I wanted to see where they came from, how they were dealing with present stuffs and what possibilities they have in the future, both individually and together. And what I saw was still beautiful.
Though every story leaves us with different feelings towards the show, it's hard to come by one like "Moonlight Chicken" which resonates with you.
I applaud every actor in the show for their incredible work.
