Amazing!

The idea of bird nests business is just amazing. I appreciate the production team for portraying this kind of profession. The scenery (forest, beach) is also beautiful.

The story is well developed. I enjoyed the part when they stay in the island. The conflict is unique & already intense. When they move to the city, it's getting more intense & complicated with the involvement of ex-wife, troubled husband, & another woman (it's typical conflict in lakorn, but i still could deal with this, hahaha)

I also love the main leads' character. Weir is strong & tough, but he can also be jealous of unnecessary things, & be like a kid when he's sick. It's really cute actually :) While Thisa, she's smart & tough when facing her 'enemies', but she's just like any other woman who's easily touched when a man does good things to her. I also like her way of slapping. Instead of just using her palm, she uses all of the energy in her arm. That's why it looks powerful. LOL.

The chemistry? It's beyond expectation. Weir & Thisa are perfect match. They show their feeling by taking care of each other. It's not a one-sided love story where only the FL or ML is aggressive towards another. I can say that now Weir-Thisa is one of my favorite on screen couple.

I love this show.

Was here for the romance only, but it turned out I enjoyed the whole show: the aviation things, romance, all the characters.

- Romance: yes it's not everyone's cup of tea. Minimum skinship, awkward, etc. However the simplicity somehow makes a bigger impact. And it works to me. Love every hand touch, deep stare, little talk. I even replayed such scenes just to feel the butterflies again and again. Also enjoy the dynamics of the leads' love story. ML tries to be better in current relationship, a pilot is surely busy but he tries to keep in touch with everyone, especially the close one. FL is a bit inferior as she's older than ML, struggles in socializing (while ML's is friendly), and she's a new person entering his life (compared to his ex). Don’t give up easily for your love life. Failed, try again. Fight, reconcile. Misunderstand, communicate. Well, I wish they had more deep talk, especially after misunderstanding, but then again, she struggles in speaking up her mind. For the other "couples", it's also interesting.
- Aviation: I don't specifically like aviation things, but this whole new knowledge throughout the drama caught my attention and kept me seated and didn't even skip a second. Even I enjoy the Japanese accent in speaking English, oh it's a new thing to me (while many people complain about it). I guess it's about preference, like some people aren't used to hear Thai accent, Chinese accent, etc.
- Enjoy the characters & their story : ML, FL, ML's ex, FL and ML's co-workers, etc. Honorable mention, Capt Murai. I thought he's just a usual strict senior, in fact, he's adorable in his way. He worries about his juniors :)
- Love FL's hair style and outfit, casual and isn’t perfectly styled (loose shirt, sometimes messy hair), yet really beautiful. Nakamura Anne is beautiful :)

I cried a lot, unexpectedly...

A middle school drama.
Funny & light.
Drama with almost no "drama".
No explicit confession.
Not much skinship & those usual romantic scenes.
No 3rd wheel.
But it made me cried, alot.

Not bcoz of their goodbye.
But how the girl falls for the boy, how she keeps her feeling but also tries to hint him in many moments.
How she acts cheerfully, teaseful, witty but in certain moments she just can't hide her sadness & worry for leaving him 😭

I wondered why Nishikata keeps being close to Takagi if he is that annoyed with her. And he can choose to be with his boy friends instead of her. But yeah, he's just being comfy with her being teaseful. Even if there's no romantic feeling between them, their interaction & friendship is wonderful. Warm, cute, fun.

Yes the girl looks a bit older than the boy, physically & psychologically. But in reality, a girl usually grows faster psychologically than a boy. Takagi does realize about her own feeling, while Nishikata doesn't. Nishikata's reaction/expression is always priceless. He's that cute, funny, naive, innocent.

I just realize how lovely & wise their teacher is actually, when he tries to comfort Nishikata. He does know how close Nishikata & Takagi are, also the "problem" between them.

This drama shows us that youth romance drama doesn't need to try so hard to be romantic. Simple & fun relationship like Nishikata & Takagi's already gives me butterflies (& tears, lol). Like, they're just in middle school. Too young to talk about love, to date (although in reality, even primary school students have already experienced dating). No need to confess the feeling explicitly. No need to say "love", "like". Both of them have no idea about each other's feeling, but 1 thing they do know, they feel comfy with each other, want each other to be happy. At the very least, they are really good friends.

Sure will be back here if i need something warm, light romance, also a good cry 😆
