It's going to be awesome! What would the rating be? Definitely 20%+, perhaps 25%? Heaven and Hell also did 20%+…
I Didn't realize that, thank you for telling me.
I think that it doesn't make sense to shoot a high budget drama like this in a short time, Yamapi did the voice over weeks before the last episode air. Probably Kohashi and Iwai actor did shoot a new scene for a special/bonus content for DVD.

People didn't really expect Yamapi to appear (Scandal and him living abroad rn), while Gakky is pretty much guaranteed to appear. With the last minute report that He will appear (physically), this is like confirming Henry Cavill will return as Superman even know that his contract with DCEU is terminated.
LOLLLLL Only voice appearance for Yamapi, and Gakky have a shorter scene compared to the other 3. thx Japanese…
Physics teacher's actor passed away like 8-10 years ago, while the rest is simply due to creative decision/scheduling conflict. And since this is a Sunday drama, they're focusing more on the conflicts rather than studying. Season 1 formula is pretty much 60% studying and 40% drama while second season is 90% drama and 10% studying. The teachers in this season only appear for 2-3 episodes while in the first season they're becoming a supporting cast.

That's why they can put a scene where Takahara or Kishimoto is looking for a new job or the class need a last minute English teacher replacement because of Ms. Yuri absence.
Anyone know what happened to the CN and KR versions of this?https://japantoday.com/category/entertainment/simultaneous-production-of-fuji-tv-drama-begins-in-japan-china-and-s-korea
Probably delayed until the end of pandemic or cancelled.
This is just my wild guess, their original plan is that both Confidence Man KR and CH is taking place in the same universe as the Japanese counterpart.
Definitely Yamapi. the rest of the OG cast didn't post anything when the show's premiered.
Why not both? hahaha. But i think it will be both Yamapi and Gakky.
If Hasegawa did appear, she will be working as an occupational change agent. It doesn't make sense to have her back, unless she appear in the epilogue helping someone (probably one of the main antagonist) to find a new job.

thx Japanese media...
Wondering why Hasegawa didn't appear, it would be funny if Takahara looking for a new job.

Kohasi and Iwai joining the class must be a last minute creative decision.
