This really is a slow burner but there are so many hidden hints here and there. Plus the suspense is driving me crazy. I need more episodes, I want to know the whole story already. 😭

Oh wow. Thanks for clearing it up for me. Maybe he felt pressured to pick someone. I've been there before. I used to not be able to say no to someone who confessed to me even if I didn't like them so we would go out for a while and if my feelings didn't change I would let them know. It can be hard to be open about one's feelings.

Anyone start wondering if the ML is a hidden son of the Zhao family? Or is it just me? I keep getting the feeling that he is Chao's brother. He asks his mother if there is anyone else in their family register other than him and, in the trailer, we see him upset with his mother and his mother crying.
What's the deal with Zhao Peng Chao? Is he good or bad? And any guesses regarding who killed the 2nd brother?
My guess so far is that he is bad, either something must have happened to make him bad, or he always played in the shadows. I thought the killer was the 1st/oldest brother, but he might have been instigated or given that idea by Zhao Peng Chao through his connections with the oldest brother's goons.

I hope JH exposes him. It isn't fair to those HJ hurt in the show. He could have very well ghosted him or kept lying to JH when JH wanted to go on dates. We don't know what happened. I just keep thinking if he really didn't want to date JH he could have just ended the show with no match. The world would not have been the wiser.

Oh wow. This is insane. So either he already have someone and went on the show hoping to get with someone else or got with someone else after the show when he was with JH. I feel so bad for JH. I hope it gets revealed what HJ did. It is not fair for him to get away with his lies if it is true.

I agree. I hope they don't do his character dirty. I love his character how it has been up to now. I loved that he even said himself that one shouldn't be envious of what others have when he was giving advice to that other mage. He can't just up and go against his own thinking and advice.
I don't know if it's just me, but these last three episodes have been underwhelming. I think it is mainly due to the extended break they had and the extra repeat of scenes they keep throwing at us. I feel like the energy and drive the episodes used to have is gone. I love this series so hoping tomorrow's episode can sort of get it back on track.

I think some of the reasoning is they have them flicker their hair or move it to the side a lot to show some sort of emotion or action. If they have super short hair, they can't really do that kind of movement. It is just my guess though.
It seems like they will be enemies but with the illusion of they could be friends. Right now they are on opposite sides of the law and one seems very interested in the other for unclear reasons.
