whatever the shit Smart is doing rn, he's weird for siding with his label who can't even keep their own words…
It seems as if Boom's agency is the one who is being shady though if what Smart's agency said is true. Because it stated Boom's agency didn't pay Smart for his acting, fan meetings or anything else while Boom did get paid and so did all the other actors. This is reminiscent of Love By Chance where Saint got shafted just like Smart is getting shafted now. Because Saint wasn't part of GMMTV and all the other actors were, he was getting bullied and ostracized. They specifically left him out of all the fan meetings and promotional events by finding out when he was busy with other work and then put it at the same time and date as that and then said "Oh, Saint was busy so he couldn't come." They also made fan meetings, promotional events and other stuff relating to Love By Chance and never told Saint about it. There was also an ongoing feud between Saint's manager and Perth's manager which eventually caused a rift in their 'relationship' with eachother. Again, see it's the problem of managers. But yeah for some reason everyone is blaming Smart here and not the other side. I think both sides are at fault here but if what Smart's agency is saying is true, I don't blame them for trying to leave if the other side won't compromise.
If I was an actor and wasn't getting paid and being intentionally left out of fan meetings etc... and then having rumors spread from the opposing company that me and my agency didn't want to come to the events, I'd be mad too. I'm not doing this for free you know. You signed a contract stating I would be paid for these things and you don't pay me? I'm going to demand that you pay me or I won't continue to work for you. And you go and say I'm being difficult and won't attend couple things or Top Form things and I'm like SINCE WHEN DID I SAY THAT?! And fans since they don't know the full truth are just blaming me. I'd be hurt. I'm betting all this chaos is caused by the managers of the agencies as usual and not the actual actors. Remember, YOU WORK FOR THE AGENCIES. Even if you don't want to side with them at times you cannot go against them bc if you upset them they might just drop you. Fans think it's so easy to just say no, I want to continue working with him/her regardless of what happens. But if they were put in that situation they wouldn't do it either bc speaking your mind and losing your job and everything in your life vs going along with the agency until matters are settled - I'd say the majority of people wouldn't want to risk destroying their career for speaking out. Unless you're rich you don't have that luxury of doing so.
Not sure why you're referring to the director making it bad. The director only directs scenes he doesn't write…
Ahhh, I see. Maybe with this specific series though the director didn't have as much control over it then and that's why the two were so different? Or it's vice versa, he had a lot of control over it and that's why it's not as good or he didn't have a lot of control over it and that's why it's not as good.
I'm utterly surprised that this has the same director as My Stand-in
Not sure why you're referring to the director making it bad. The director only directs scenes he doesn't write them. You should be talking about the scriptwriter who does the lines and scenes etc... Even if the writer was the same - the writer of My Stand-In did not write the original Chinese novel it was based off of. They took the script from the Chinese novel and made it into a Thai version of the novel. My Stand-In was WAY less toxic than it actually was originally in the novel. They took the characters from the original Chinese novel and turned them less toxic. So much that Ming almost looked like a decent green flag in My Stand-In bc he was such a huge red flag in the original novel. Just think about that... I was floored by this.
But yeah, the writer of My Stand-In might have written the script for Sweet Tooth but he didn't write the original novel. Thus why the two series are so different even though he's listed as writing both of them. Not trying to say he sucks or anything but if you're wondering why 2 series are so different when the writer was doing both of them, it's because he might have written the script for Sweet Tooth but he didn't come up with the storyline for My Stand-In.
And if you're not talking about the writer of both series and just the director, the director has nothing to do with the script, plot, lines or scenes. He just gets the script and directs the scenes. He has nothing to do with the story/plot/script/lines/scenes.
So what ?! SkyNani is really a thing ?? Is this a BL ?
The director in an interview or clip on YT confirmed that Sky and Nani's characters are supposed to be in love. But as the series is not a BL, they didn't specifically state anything explicit. But yes, Saint and Shin are supposed to have feelings for eachother.
Because it's not a bl series it's a straight series 😉
Yeah Krist and Singto have done both Series-Y (BL) and Lakorn (Straight) series. I don't think they have a preference as to what they do as long as the script is good which is how it should be. They have both admitted that they feel the most comfortable doing BL though together as a shipped couple. Both of them have been paired with other BL actors in other series and have stated they feel more comfortable and do the best job when their partner is the other one. Krist even said when Singto left GMMTV he felt kind of lost bc he felt as if Singto was his rock. But he knew Singto wanted to pursue other avenues and fully supported him on that. I think Krist mentioned something at some point about how he'd asked Singto to consider returning to GMMTV again in the future and that was part of the reason why Singto returned to GMMTV. It wasn't the full reason of course but it was one of the many reasons why Singto came back to GMMTV. Their new BL series called The Ex-Morning was actually inspired by KristSing's real life relationship. They wanted to make a series that was based off the time between Sotus S and now and make it into a story and the director even said he'd asked for details about their real life for both Krist and Singto and even came up with their personalities of the characters being similar to their real life selves. So the Ex-Morning is essentially based off their real life and real life personalities with of course some added fiction info like being reporters etc... but I was like damn I did not know that! So it's gonna be fun to watch! I'm glad they're still friends after all this time too! <3
The release date for Top Form Season 2 is not yet confirmed. However, considering typical timelines for Thai BL series, Season 2 is likely to be released sometime in Late April or Early May of 2026. A 19-month production and post-production period is anticipated, though this may vary. Season 3's release date is also unknown, as it is dependent on the success of Season 2 and the production timeline.
Hi all! So I have a question: Does anyone no why almost all the reactors on YT are making their reactions to this…
I mean I understand them doing it on patreon to not get strikes but there IS a way to make your reactions on patreon FREE to people. You don't HAVE to subscribe to watch it for free. It's just that reactors have to set the videos to free instead of having them locked for only subscribers.
It's so cute that Mew's current ongoing series has him play a character called Tul when Tul Pakorn is his fiance in real life! <3 Adorable. I also love how Mew said he makes Tul watch the episode every day and asks him how his acting was in it!!!
Here is NEW information with THE FULL Official statement regarding this matter -https://www.soompi.com/article/1729865wpp/kim-soo-hyuns-agency-releases-official-statement-regarding-recent-allegations
I love how whenever something bad happens in the entertainment industry no matter what, it's always the man's fault and never the woman's fault. Even when things have been proven false they still blame the man. There have also been women who have said and done things to the men claiming they r**ed them and spread false rumors about them such as them liking underage girls and all this stuff and the online community believes them with no real official proof. The matter is investigated and proven false and the woman comes forward to say, "Oh, well. I lied about it because I was jealous of his success and how he makes more money and is on more series than I do so I couldn't help but be jealous. But really, it was all a joke, can't you guys take a joke?" And yet despite this the public is like oh well it's the man's fault. He's this or that. Even when it's proven that the woman lied bc the man was getting more famous than her and she was jealous, no one ever reads this and only remembers the lies and rumors that were spread. People should take accountability no matter WHO you are and no matter what gender you are. If you are guilty as a man, you should be punished. If you are guilty as a woman you should be punished. Don't just punish men and never women. It's not just with actors. Kpop idols have to endure this too. Like with Hyunjin and Woojin. Woojin was accused of being a sexual predator and making sexual innuendos and stuff with 2 women at a bar who accused him and said it was 100% Woojin. The case was investigated and there was video proof that the time she was talking about the incident DID happen but it was shown the man was NOT Woojin. They showed her this and she was like "Oh, yeah it wasn't him. I just thought it was him because he looks similar. My bad." And yet despite this showing that Woojin was not the one, all anyone remembers is oh Woojin, the ex-member of Stray Kids who was a sexual predator. Not only that but people got jealous of Hyunjin too. Someone said, "I went to school with him when he was 12 or 13. He bullied me and picked on me and I got traumatized etc..." Hyunjin did not remember this at all but was like since I can't remember it, maybe it did happen, so he apologized but said he didn't remember it at all. Fans went nuts calling him a bully and it became a bullying scandal for him that made him drop out of Kingdom at the time and go on a temporary hiatus to reflect on his actions. It was proven afterward that the time the woman was referring to was a certain time that she 100% remembered perfectly from this date to this date. They asked if she was sure it was him and not someone else. She said she was sure of the date, time and how it had been ingrained in her memory. The authorities revealed it couldn't have been Hyunjin then bc at that time he was attending an all boys school. She was like, "Oh it must not have been him then, my bad I thought it was him." But all anyone remembers now is that Hyunjin was a bully when he was 12 years old. There was also another bullying incident with a boy but Hyunjin already apologized to him and is on decent terms with him too. But see what the power of the internet and online bullying can do to people? Spread a fake rumor and have lots of people pass it around and you can ruin someone who might really be innocent. And most of the time it's all started by females, I don't know why. I'm not saying 100% of the time it is but a lot of the time it is. Imo I think no matter if you are a woman or a man, you should be punished for intentionally spreading false rumors and lies just to bring down someone whether that someone you want to bring down is a man or a woman. It doesn't matter about gender, it matters about what you did.
iQIYI is the official streaming outlet showing the uncut version. Each uncut episode has a different running time.…
Ahhh gotcha thank you! I didn't know the IQ version was the uncut one since some series are listed as 'uncut' and the cut versions are just listed as the regular name. The Boy Next World on IQ only has the name and doesn't say 'uncut' beside it so I thought it was just the cut version. If that's the uncut one thanks! <3
Does anyone know where to watch this uncut version other than IQIYI or myasiantv? Kisskh had it but it's not working for me anymore now. IQIYI has the cut version but I'm looking for the uncut. The way you can tell the difference is cut version is 45 minutes per episode whereas uncut is 55 minutes.
Wow. First time ever JJ got into a 'kind-of' ship!!! It's a historic moment! Now if only he can continue to get…
I'm also kind of thinking that GMMTV is testing out the waters by pairing JJ with another guy. They're trying to gauge how the public will react to possibly having JJ pair up with someone and become a shipped couple. If you've noticed, they haven't given JJ any BL roles where it's even implied that he's ever with someone else. The first time they implied a possible relationship with JJ and someone else was in We Are where you got a glimpse of a possible romantic interest between JJ and that other guy I forgot his name. But it was just a glimpse that was it. The next time GMMTV tried something with JJ was this series. Where they ACTUALLY gave JJ a ship for the first time ever. But if you notice, they didn't even show JJ kissing Pepper. They just showed they were into eachother and were together. But there was no kissing. So I think they are testing the waters slowly by giving implications that JJ is with someone > actually having JJ be with someone but with no kisses > giving JJ someone and having him kiss one time and that's it > actually giving JJ a shipped couple. I think that's the progression GMMTV is going to do as long as the public opinion is favorable and positive when they see JJ with someone else.
I know people are saying Dunk has to work on his acting because it was bad but imo people should take a look at some of his earlier acting. FirstKhao were as usual great together. Joong was actually better at acting than I thought he would be, but I've always thought he was pretty decent. However, Dunk was the one that surprised me the most in this. Yes, Dunk's acting isn't as great in this series as FirstKhao BUT he was WAY better at acting in THIS role than he's been at any other role he's done in the past. So looking at Dunk's previous work and comparing that to his role in Heart Killers, imo I think he's actually improved quite a lot. I enjoyed him. He's still not awesome yet but that's okay. As long as you show improvement in acting as you increase the amount of roles you play, that's a good thing. It means if he keeps getting roles like this and he keeps practicing his acting, eventually he'll get better and better until he actually IS a really good actor and people acknowledge it!
