Maybe it's just me but it's all just words, I don't feel the main's chemistry.
They have great chemistry, but Mudeok is not letting her guard down now that she knows they're mutually in love. She's afraid and with reason. Their situation does not call for lovey-dovey scenes.

I have said it earlier, I actually am one (only one I guess πŸ˜…) who never wanted her to fall for him so soon.…
Things are happening. They passed through some intense experiences and Uk has cemented their relationship with trust and acts of service. It's hard not to get attached to that kind of guy, especially in their situation (he's the only one who can help her).

I think he wants to help Naksu bc she's clearly a victim. He needs her on Songrim's side once shit hits the fan.

Go Won was composed the whole time, meaning he is not involved in the ice stone plot.

agree, even if she cannot be in badass powerful mode killing left and right she should be doing something more…
The girl is a natural politician, but I guess you guys aren't into soft power.

Joo Wol is such an MVP πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š I like her relationship with Mu Deok. Wonder if she'll be in Part 2 as…
I absolutely LOVE her.

In as much as I am enjoying this series, I can't help but think that they are delaying Naksu's shine with this…
That's because she needs Uk to help her regain powers. So of course she's focusing on him now. He'll be her lake gyeongcheondaeho, remember?

And to make the matter worst, the appearance of Heo Yoon Ok is going to drag the love line. Totally unnecessary.…
Yoonok is not dragging anything, if something she is making things speed up between Ukiedeokie. She's a sweet girl, I don't like when ppl slander her for nothing.

I understand you guys have your preferences, but context is critical here. Naksu was love starved for 20 years. Uk is very open about his feelings, which is totally disconcerting for a girl groomed to be an assassin. It takes a lot of love maturity for a girl like her to open up like you guys want her to. Uk is giving her space but also exposing love so she can get used to it.

It's ep 15 already, I've been bracing myself for the fake daughter plot for 4 episodes now, it's like pulling…
I think the writers want to show the audience Soyi is not all that bad. They want us to pity her, seeing how she's doomed in Jin Mu's hands. She'll probably have a change of heart and help the good guys destroy Jin Mu. She'll probably die.

I think, naksu story will be start again when she get the sword. I really want to see her with beautiful dress…
Yoonok is there to help Uk. She covered for him and treated his wounds. She's a sweet girl that reminds people of his mother, so of course he's gentle around her. I don't think he's leading her on. He always makes clear he is not interested in her that way, which makes her self conscious and explain herself.

Btw I didn't get why Master Lee had to go ahead and tell that scaredy cat king about that King star boy being…
Master Lee went there on a mission. He wanted to see everyone's reaction to his affirmations. He liked how Go Won reacted, but he saw the King was not comforted at all by his words. Now that he tested the waters, he'll proceed with his plan accordingly.

Lady Jin was there to watch him die as a soul shifter, she looked unfazed. Maybe she was a widow? I mean, she went too far to have Buyeon. She probably loved Buyeon's father a lot.

Ikr?? I'm obsessed 🀩
I'm afraid AoS is one of a kind. Maybe you'll like Hotel del Luna? It has the same writers. The story is different, darker, morbid, but also funny! The romance is barely there, but it has all the bickering. The story revolves around death, so you might end up crying every other episode. It has bitter sweet ending, but it's worth watching.

I think this is a side effect of watching only 2 weekly episodes haha she didn't give up on anything, some eps ago she was pestering Uk to train and come up with the bet. But things are happening, we just lose the track sometimes.
