Uk is exhausted. The man hasn't been in peace for years. Of course, it would take a toll on his emotions. Like I said before, Uk was basically in denial since he met Yeong as JBY. I'm not disappointed at all haha I am sad because AoS is ending and my favorite character is hurting beyond comprehension. Aside from that, everything is going the way I imagined 💀

To be fair, she abandoned him multiple times. He always asked her not to leave him but also said he would abide by her wishes. He asked her once again if he should stay with her or go to war and she chose the latter.

Hear me out. JSR used up all her power trying to fix the whole fire bird x ice stone war situation so SG resorted to giving up its power to give it to her. She sealed Jinyowon with her blood and her soul stayed inside the ice stone to protect Jinyowon in case things went wrong. JK used the ice stone to bring JBY back to life in JHG's womb, but then he sealed and threw the stone into the lake. When JBY found the ice stone, JSR decided to protect her and took over her body. That's why she didn't try to find her family all those years, she was also too weak to do anything and memory loss could also have played a part since she was inside the stone for 2 centuries. My guess is: JBY's soul stayed in the ice stone for 10 years while JSR's was in her body. Once the ice stone barrier situation happened we saw both little JBY and Mudeok (JSR inside BY's body) talking with Yeong. This time I think JSR switched with JBY and she went back to the stone while BY stayed with Yeong in her body. Uk claimed the stone, so when he died, JSR's soul inside the stone bring him back to fulfill his destiny as King's star energy bearer. Once the whole situation is resolved, JSR will have no more purpose to stay alive. I hope she takes mercy on Yeong and brings her soul back to raise Uk's children. I'm not sure if Uk can survive though, but I hope they find a way to let him live in his own body without the ice stone.
