I honestly don't know. This is the continuation of the unfinished story of part 1, they will probably recap some stuff, but there will be tons of parallels and nuances in characters compared to part 1 that it might turn anticlimatic for you. I would suggest you to watch at least the first 4 episodes of part 1 before starting part 2.
