i believe it's the scale of the show that might have convinced him to join this. and i bet he was paid just the same or even higher for choosing to do this. no wonder he caved in.

i think it's more to do with different genres requiring different acting. but i agree she shines in serious roles more.

After watching so many "romcoms" with flat comedy, i actually found this drama funny. Absolutely loved it.

loved ep1 it's very nicely paced. loving the leads interaction so far. the only thing im side eyeing is the cgi. the ocean scene could've been cleaner. its looks unnatural but that's not a dealbreaker lol.

Hot take, but i started appreciating him as an actor after death's game. I considered him good enough for rom coms but that particular drama really brought out a lot of his potential. He is a great actor nonetheless.

there are a few filler members in this show, with absolutely nothing to add to the show. i will not name them, but I think you know who i mean. as much as i love the production, the cast dynamics are the weakest thing overall. i've watched a fair number of reality shows to tell the difference. to my disappointment, the ques are much easier than i expected, and the lack of analytical tasks is honestly surprising. i thought there would be more challenging tasks. that said, the effort put in by the art or pr team in designing the sets is admirable. visually, the show is very well done and honestly one of the few things forcing me to continue watching. i personally prefer s1 over this one. its not bad, just underwhelming.

okay the promotion for this drama is way better than newtopia. i know the streaming sites were different, but it's still better promoted by the creators.
