He is 21 in 1988 and 44 in 2021. He started working from 22-23. He may last logged in 5 or 6 yrs after joining the company. Who knows, maybe after becoming the announcer. You are assuming as if he last logged in the year he joined the company 🙄

I have accepted it. I think I understood what the writer wants to show but with just 2.5 episodes he was unable to make it convencing for the viewers and felt rushed, out of character.
