I agree we totally have different interpretation on this drama.. I'm not denying anything you said and the fact that BH's personality played a huge part in the king falling in love with the queen but that wasn't solely his personality, and I don't agree with the fact that SY was here but not here like in a coma or something.. Let me explain it to you... At the beginning of the show, BH's personality is a selfish person who cares nothing but only about himself, he didn't do anything for the king everything he did was for his sake, it's just that it came in a good way for the king, and he didn't show any affection towards the king at all.. But after the vegetation state this personality of him changes, and he gets back the skills and the memory of SY, even his inner voice is SY's voice now, he starts showing affection towards the king, that's an indication that the queen is no longer just BH's soul, the queen is now Mr Queen and the two souls merged, BH isn't selfish anymore and SY isn't shy anymore, they both took the good parts of their behaviors, BH isn't the only one in control but both of them, and everything comes after that isn't just for BH but both of them.. and at the ending you see SY likes cursing and BH is no longer selfish and did a good deed cause they effected each other.. So what I'm saying , the king fell in love with Mr Queen ( SY + BH) and not just BH's personality cause only BH's personality isn't good, the king was already in love with SY but he was hesitant cause he thought she's Kim clan and she's the enemy but after she showed the opposite he started accepting his feelings for her.. I don't really know if BH started having feelings for the king or not cause he seems fine when he got back, he was just happy that king made it, but I can't say anything for sure
