It's been years since I've seen Peak on screen (I was so surprised when I realized he looked very familiar for a reason).
Okay but, this series was good. I tend to have a problem with BLs that take place on the 20th century (this, Memoir of Rati, Shine) because I'm just so f scared all the time (hate homophobia). That's also why I needed to take a break around the 7th episode. Almost dropped it, but I'm glad I didn't.
70% of the time watching this was me feeling bad for Saenkaew or/and Pin (and maybe sometimes Sasin as well) and the rest 30% was me fearing for my life for what's going to happen next. It was such an emotional ride (I've seen Saenkaew cry for way too many times, my heart ACHES). Like half of the characters had their "bad guy" moments and there was a lot of different kind of feelings from me towards everyone (I swear I've never sworn this many times in an evening in my whole life). I did feel a little weird about the whole thing from time to time (I can't really pinpoint why) but if I ignore that, it was actually a very good watch. 9/10.
This was quite an interesting watch for me personally. I wasn't planning to watch this again since dropping it back in 2024 but after watching Goddess Bless You From Death (which I liked), I wanted to give this a new try. I struggled a little about in the middle of the series but otherwise I watched this pretty quickly.
I don't know if it is objectively good and don't really know how much I liked it either but at least it wasn't boring. I'd say this was at least somewhat similar to LITA (which I liked just fine) but the plot, for sure, had more to it. It was a little messy maybe at some points but overall I'm not really complaining about anything (let me correct myself: I think the omegaverse was almost completely unnecessary (saying this as an omegaverse lover) and the mama-papa thing made me cringe but otherwise, nothing to complain). Felt very bad for Babe a lot of times and it was heartbreaking to see him cry so much (the second half was basically just Babe crying :')).
PoohPavel's chemistry was goood and I really liked their not-so-stereotypical dynamics a lot. Overall, a pretty good watch, 8/10.
okay, maybe this is a sign to finally finish Love in the Moonlight
also, I was wondering why Peak looked soooo familiar but apparently I've watched like 6 dramas he's been in but it's just been years so I didn't remember clearly
This is gonna be a f mess. I didn't particularly like the first season and won't like this either but I have to admit this is so good (as well as the 1st season). I've had a rather s day today but the cameo made my evening and like I'm just so glad to see they're still thriving,
Also, Joss is so hot?? finally AouBoom main roleee (my soul is so skdfmk). so nice to see EarthMix on screen again.
In short, not my type of drama but objectively gonna be good so watching anyways.
girllll no omg , this is defo the most basic (in a bad way, no hate I love fortpeat) shit ever. Are you watching…
Omg The Untamed, and Word of Honor are one of my absolute favourite dramas. If you like historical fantasy (or wuxia/xianxia), maybe you could watch it just as that and enjoy the lowkey homo bromance at the side. Also would recommend The Spirealm (if you like fantasy-action (they're in a game)) and Justice in the Dark (if you like mystery). They're also Chinese bromances but I'd really give them at least a chance since they're all great shows <3
A perfect mix of comedy and seriousness. On the other hand, shows just like how world works, but on the other hand, really doesn't. Shows how important it is to believe, generally, in people and in yourself. The intro and outro songs both are absolutely fire. Overall, a good watch. 9.5/10.
Really liked this movie. Adored the bond between the little girl and the main character a lot. Do watch if you like action movies. Do not watch if you're sensitive to blood and violence because that was quite nasty from time to time. 9/10, would recommend.
