Civilization has impacted the world, transforming even the time-honored traditions that once brought comfort to people. While we can commend those who are open-minded enough to adapt to change, we must also acknowledge the struggles of those who find it challenging to abandon the familiar ways of their past. For those who have clung to these traditions since childhood, is it fair to blame them for their reluctance to let go?
It's been almost a year since I downloaded this drama. Came close to deleting it many times but I am glad I did not. I enjoyed every scene, every episode.
Trying so hard to be mysterious with the soundtrack, slow motions, dialogue, music, sound effects etc. Every damn thing is screaming "I AM DESPERATE TO APPEAR MYSTERIOUS TO THE VIEWERS." And trust me, people who started watching Cdrama in 2023 will fall for it. I am just annoyed, seriously. All I ask for is a costume Cdrama that does not need to try too hard in order to grab the viewers attention.
Plus, Chen Duling has zero star power. She really is more suited to playing supporting characters. I never knew I would see another actor who's zero star presence can rival that of Liu Yuning.
As for the ml, I don't think I know him self. One scene, he's looking familiar, another scene, he's looking unfamiliar. But one thing I know for sure is that he can never be Ling Buyi😭
You know how Ling Buyi effortlessly pulled off the "I can do anything I want and get away with it because I have the power to do so." That's what he's character is trying to do but he's doing a bad job pulling that off.
Before being a fan, remember that you are a human first. Remember that there are morals you should have as a human being. Remember that your morals should not be discarded for any person. Remember that these people are humans and humans are capable of doing horrible things. Remember that you don't know them at all, what you know is what they show you on screen. Remember that human beings are complicated and unpredictable. Remember that even a mother can never vouch for her child, that a child can betray his parents, that even parents can betray their children. Lastly, remember to never compromise your morals for anyone.
I cried myself to sleep and now that I am awake , my head feels clear. I forgot for a moment that this has the same director from ITSAY 😭
Fou is a fool in love Chian is quite stupid. Bua is a manipulative fame seeking asshole Baa......
What I love the most about this series is that it is real. Teens in love are messy AF😭 classic example of loving with your heart and forgetting your brian in the process 😭 They are flawed.
All in all, they'll be fine. All of them🙂
Who knows, we might even get a S2 just like ITSAY.
On another note, I appreciate the camera shots in this drama. They are all exceptionally taken, adding substance and depth to not just the story but also the characters. In each actors pov, the shots taken goes a long way in explaining the actors situation. It is artistic. Thai BLs do disappoint but once in a while, we get gems😊 For now, this is my favourite Thai BL of 2025
watching ppl who are used to formulaic thai bls try this series is fascinating. they don't know how to watch a…
It's the opposite for me. It doesn't have to do with the kind of series I watch or anything. Personally, I do not like uncertainty both in RL and in anything else. I like to know what I am getting into before taking any step.
This was supposed to be that episode where Fou and Chian gets together, spends genuine moments together. The episode Chian was supposed to move on but hey, Bua would rather spilt them up than have that. You don't want to date Chian and you also don't want him to date anyone else. I can't believe this dude. And that ending? Chians nails?😭😭 I just hope Chian doesn't give up on Fou cause as it is, I am probably the only one still rooting for them😭 I could seriously care less about any other character or potential couple in this series. I just want Chian and Fou together 😭
Deserves more hype.
