I said what I said. Some of the dialogues were so out of place. Especially since the theme is a crime-thriller, it should be much more discreet. But in reality, everyone said everything that came to their minds exposing all of their plans in the process. I feel like the story development was hindered a bit by the poorly written dialogues. But the acting saved it for me, the casts still managed to pull through with great performances. Btw I do speak and understand Korean but I can't say that I understand it completely as I do rely on the subtitles from time to time.

Plot was decent enough and the korean casts were great. Downsides: The dialogues were terribly written, some characters just exist and brought nothing to the table, some story development also didn't make sense. Luckily it only has 6 hrs of run time. 6.5/10 for me.

Why are they singing the British national anthem in the church in ep 1 but in Korean?? Or am I just hallucinating...

I'm saying this cuz episode 9 was genuinely good. We had a lot of good development from multiple characters. But after all that juice, we got a boring episode like it's such a shame.

I'm enjoying it so far. But episode 10 though.... It could honestly be just 20 minutes long. The most boring episode yet. I'm just hoping there would still be enough conflict and development for this to reach 16 episodes without getting super slow and boring. Please don't let the 1st half go to waste 😔

I'm on the last 3 minutes of episode 5 and I just have to say this, Jiwon really did CPR on the wrong side of Hyunsoo's chest 😭 And it made the cut?! Director and editor what were you doing??

Can't wait to see Oh Inhye's involvement in the whole case. Since her close friend Hyorin is apparently Park Jaesang's daughter.

I'm so in love with her performance in Little Women! The role is tailor made for her :)

Nam JiHyun is a perfect fit for this type of setting. A scene-stealer for me personally :)

I gave myself a second chance at this and this time I didn't drop it ☺️ An easy watch with good enough development through out 2/3 of the series. The last 4 episodes are very skipable. Also the acting wasn't particularly bad but I just wished it could've been more natural. A respectable 7.5 from me

I'm so confused as to why Won Ji-An is smiling in the poster but she's playing a character which is tired of living and is dragging YGR with her...... Starting this series, I expected her character to be like the bubbly young volunteer, boy was I wrong lol

Well maybe but she has always been consistent on her acting and her performances have been good enough too. So not really bothered.

I know, it felt like she used a different mic. But after some asking, she sounded the same in all of her previous works. Definitely just a character of her voice and not an ASMR dub.

One conclusion I observed from this movie. Physics is broken in 1988 :D

Idk if it's specifically the mic for her or something else but her voice in A Model Family is just gold. Like legit I could hear her talk for hours and I know I'd enjoy it.

This will be awesome just to see how they'll interact and hopefully have fun with each other!
