Yeah that's why he didn't feel any connection when he met 2nd Joe in that elevator scene. Even he was sure Joe is dead . And that's why he went to korea and come back in
2 years. Sol is a manipulate character like tong , sol never loved Joe truly it's just when he came back and saw Joe and Ming together sol's ego hurt that Joe didn't wait for him and he just wanted to snatch Joe from Ming from the day one.

If I am not wrong and undercover police or spy they both have to do things like you said he almost had sex and killing the first person he killed because if he didn't then that person told JKC about EJ's and her family's personal details which can lead to problem their investigation. When JKC attacked ofcourse JM needs to save him becouse to gain trust and also as the order he needs to catch a whole nicotine racket which is spread not only Korea but also china and Japan so it's justified what he had done according to his situation he has to be as a undercover police. But here EJ meets with JKC more often that it needs.

If you watch carefully that scene when ML and SFL were kissing you can clearly see how much ML feeling guilty he didn't approach her it's just SFL who kissed him crazily and ML literally remembering his marriage life and he was uncomfortable also

My point is JKC is a criminal. And she is a cop so she shouldn't let her emotions like that. More importantly if your married partner crying in front of you for a criminal who even had a relationship in the past with her can you accept it no never. I already written on my post that she didn't love him but she's too much emotionally attached with JKC and it's doesn't suit here coz she's a cop

Here JM also release JKC not only HR so does that mean JM has developed feelings towards JKC no right. JKC wouldn't even died if he doesn't comes to JM and EJ's house. In the last scene EJ was crying and acting like crazy for JKC in front of her husband so I can't call EJ as a cop. And JM cross the line because of EJ if she doesn't involved here too much then JM wouldn't have to protect her and to protect her he doesn't even need to killed any one . Now she's like why you changed. But she as a cop too much emotionally weak

I was trying to understand EJ character like everyone told here that she wasn't cheating on JM with GC but in the last episode atleast I saw her feelings towards GC when JM shoot GC, EJ literally crying and and her actions was crazy , and completely forgot there JM standing in front of them. Even if she doesn't love GC but there is something that I can't tell what it is but we can feel she's emotionally too much attached with GC. And it's not good for JM and EJ's marriage life JM did the right thing to leave EJ. And lastly EJ didn't help JM little a bit she just distracted JM from his undercover investigation.

But here JI CHANG WOOK is the boss he shine here too much that other characters didn't get chance to shine

In my opinion we can give this 9 or 9.5 rating easily it deserves higher ratings than this. My ratings for this drama 10/10 extra .5 coz JI CHANG WOOK my favourite k drama actor.
