that's so adorable! Since the scene regarding the 2nd lead complaining about the generals marrying causing a power…
Ah no I didn’t mean this part, I meant after the marriage was granted and she was exposed as the true general instead of her brother, the second lead used it to his advantage to complain to the emperor that it’d gonna be a power imbalance and they shouldn’t which worries the emperor Cz 2 powerhouses are marrying so how do they get out of that?
XJ to HY post royal court feast/celebration and HY's female identity exposureXJ to the king and court about HYThis…
that's so adorable! Since the scene regarding the 2nd lead complaining about the generals marrying causing a power imbalance coming up, how is it resolved or what is said that gets them to marry?
ep19, and the way Xiao Jue and Chu Zhao are fighting to show who got more sweets 😂😂. Xiao Jue was so understanding…
yh i hope her master gets to clear up the misunderstanding with the princess and be together now, i dont see her husband so probably them getting together might work out
is anyone else annoyed whenever the 2nd lead is with he yan? i hope the leads confess to one another already cz the 2nd lead is crossing boundries with gifts and jmost probably a future proposal fully knowing the leads like each other and he yan only sees him as the most platonic friend evver. ugh the leads need more scenes
it would be better if they are not focusing on the illness, because what is the point?okay, it is the reason explaining…
the illness makes sense since it's a an unpredictable chronic condition that is sometimes ok to live with and other times as severe as respiratory paralysis so it's actually nice to see them showing that process and not sugarcoating it. But the worsening of the condition in this case is cz he wasnt as attentive to his medication ( which an important message ) and they needed a safe way for his ex to find out (better seeing than being told) so i dont think he'll worsen as much later on, maybe a little hospitalisation time cz he chose to be there for the kids rather than take his much needed rest but it's not a tragic drama just realistic. Also, it matters not if the staff finds out cz an illness is not grounds for firing him so i dont get why the big deal about it but i guess it's needed as a plot point so the world can find out and lessen the blame on him which explains the incoming reporter
question for the novel readers, does xiao ju find out the whole truth post confessing and officially together or before that? if before, is it soon or will that arc be much later (maybe after she ups the ranks at his army ?)
ok i've been trying to figure out if this is worth the watch, are the FL and jenna grey but slightly good characters or super grey morals and actually not worth rooting for. Is it similar to penthouse where we root for the revenge or are the lead characters here selfish? at least do they change and redeem themselves or no ounce of that?
I don’t know if I should start this cz of the poisoning. The trailer only showcased how much this guy was poisoned and I fear it’s gonna be a sad ending or open where he’s alive but terminally ill so gonna die offscreen.
ngl the shaman's a bitch and bong su is a selfish ass but i'm more pissed off with the side characters acting like all things are normal with the shaman and enabling the bitch. and what the hell is with the second lead? i thought his foolish side was cute but it turns out he's just a fool. No remorse? does he not get what he did was idiotic and he caused the mother's death? it might've not been intentional but he's just " i miss seong A" and acting all normal when he should be depressed or even contemplating what he did. Not a single character is using their intellect and it feels like seong A is the only one with a decent brain and drive to help while the rest are ruining everything her! the ML is also sacrificing himself which does not help anyone especially seong A, what has she been fighting for?
This was beautiful but I feel like we’ve been robbed of a lot of their adult story cz they focused too much on their youth so the adult problems were cut too much but it’s still nice, just short
gyeon u is just not a likeable person. I don't get why seong a even likes him if it weren't for his looks. But…
And bong su is nice? he might be traumatised from his past but he does not value human lives. He was about to kill the shaman old lady and the fact that he pretended to be gyeon u and not giving a shit about a life he just snuffed out or the fact that soooo many souls were sacrificed to him while in that house and he didn't care. he even wanted to kill seong a before realizing she was that cute girl dancing outside the house. he's acting all playful now but he has no core morals and has no substance to like over time while gyeon u is inherently a nice person who empathizes with those who are suffering cz he went through a similar experience. he's a kid who has no one on his side and despite it is still hopeful (the fact that he opened up to seong a after 4 eps) he has substance that u notice over time.
ok that emperor is evil. the way he was looking at Yan li as he passed by was wary and thinking back on the flashback of the father saving him, it's a jealousy look (at how strong he is ) and most propably is the one to cause his death
thank you! That's amazing, they honestly deserve this happiness. What about the mother's reaction? does she realize her mistake for judging or she's cut off without appearing ever again ?
novel readers, may i ask what's the FL's future career or goal in life? Cz it seems she's only focused on her friendhsips and following ML even when Honkgong comes up
I think it was one of those moments where she wasn't going planning on mentioning it but it just happened. I'm…
I understand your point but it seems she was simply grappling with the fact that she was pregnant and what might come next wether towards her relationship or her work. She had not planned on letting anyone know but it was a moment of impulse as everyone was exposing a secret of their own to help ease the tension for their friend and then it didnt take her much time afterwards to tell her husband the moment her friend unexpectedly eased her mind on something she didnt even realize was what's causing her doubts (the fact that she might not like her kid cz she's not a ppl person) so the way this was handled was honestly good cz it wasnt about her relationship but about herself
novel readers! i summon thee! someone spoiled before that the ML and FL end up as empreror/empress, may i ask how that came to be cz they dont seem ambitious and there seems to be alot of of princes viying for that spot. Also, what happens to the marquis family since the daughter wants to be crown princess and although they seem shady, there has to be someone left by the end to accept the future suitors of the girls (spoiled earlier) so not everyone is arrested or too shady?
ok i don't mind them fighting the mom for some freedom for the ML but do they honestly blame everyone else for taking it as dating? they finally got a few minutes of freedom and they choose to only have the ML and FL at some alley AT SCHOOL ALONE to share a meal rather than everyone just catching up with one another as a group and maybe the leads talking more together so that rumors don't become about them doing something inappropriate as to not fuel the rest of the classmates' bad impression about the girl and the mom's point of him losing focus on studies for a girl. Even their friends were wondering what they're doing other than eating! Atleast confess to one another and be official rather than sneaking off and making it seem so shady, it taints whatever they're doing (although it's so innocent)
for novel readers, who are the endgame couples besides the ML and FL? most prop prince li and the princess, fuling and bai feng, but what about the sisters?
Also, it matters not if the staff finds out cz an illness is not grounds for firing him so i dont get why the big deal about it but i guess it's needed as a plot point so the world can find out and lessen the blame on him which explains the incoming reporter
