She is smart in regards to the other 2nd lead so that's refreshing. I'm glad the confession is happening so she'll start being cautious around zhi shu now

i knew the 2ML was behind the fire years ago! he might've forgotten but he wasnt even shocked or guilty about the past when he remmebered! he's already showing his true colors when he gave no care to human lives to her and she was ecked out, the moment she finds out he was crazy happy killing ppl at that fire, it'll be completely over for him with zero chance of forgiveness. honestly pesky delusional childhood friends are worse than a guy just liking a girl other than the ML. I'm glad he has no future by her side as a friend either cz he has no guilt or redeeming qualities for that.

i see friendship brewing between the black serpent and mei si, although the serpent is gonna act out a bit i hope he actually becomes a real friend cz he seems to be a child acting out for attention but is not inherently evil so he could have a future beside the serpent couple

which is why his addition doesnt annoy me as much as zi shu (he's way too close to the FL and his feelings are so obvious but the FL doesn't comprehend it and is too comfortable with him) The fact that she's such a paragon of good and he's killing demons to make an elixir for her and not seeing it as a problem is just insane. The cousin is atleast obvious so the FL isnt comfortable with him

does the FL gain her memories in the novel after a long while or will this resolve soon? I hope ruling isn't forgiven either cz this is all her fault and she could've also aided in her memories coming back for some redemption but honestly no one in this series deserves the leads but themselves. even the snake annoys me cz he has no personality formed yet cz he's like a newborn so he just follows ppl around with nothing to add.

i"m glad our ML isnt deterred by jealousy but i hope WZ is more reseptive to the 2nd leads' feelings and is less close to them cz it's pissing me off how comfortable she is with them when they're thoughts are impure. She can be free spirited and flirty as long as she can set proper boundries cz ppl can take advantage of the simplest kindness. for some reason the book dude pisses me off more than the cousin too so i hope she shuts him down fast

those who've read the manhwa/novel, how the ending? since she time traveled to the past instead of transmigration, the possibility of her staying is low, does she meet the ML again in the present? with memories?

exactly, i don't get why she's so focused on the killing part when she's in a kill or be killed world. Putting all the violence on her beloved, knowing that he's the most wanted person while she washes her hands off the bloodshed is just cowardly now (used to make sense cz she's modern person). He might've been wrong in forcing her but she needs to adapt or she'll be dead (especially when he's no longer there anymore)

ok china's rules on time travel is f*ed up cz citizens still manage to watch time travel dramas from other counties so what's the point of only chinese dramas being this annoying. Investing on characters' lives knowing it's gonna end up being a dream is still repetitive and trashes the drama. Editing of the plot by the end was so impressively mediocre. turning her ex into a trashy villain at the end was so unnecessary. this could've been a 9 but it went downhill so fast. the only good thing is the fact that the ML remembers as well and it makes sense this time cz he always did but still was it a shared dream? that makes more sense than time travel?

i don't get how everyone (the characters) is acting like nothing just happened, a massacre of his bloodline just occured AGAIN cz they were treated like lunch and they simply act like he's unreasonable and psychotic deserving death ("sima jiao killed innocents"?? are they that delusional?)?? ARE THEY OUT OF THEIR MINDS? especially ruling, wtf happened to the empathy u showed the FL? just cz she's weak? what about the ML who suffered the same fate if not so much worse than urs and u of all ppl should relate to him? just cz he's strong and actually getting his revenge, he should be the one to die? so true, at this point she can just ask for help rather than plan to kill sima jiao like an idiot. not only will she lose her friend she keeps trying to save but also her life in the process. everyone knows of the ML's backstory and she still thinks the FL deserves empathy while he doesnt cz he's having his revenge right now. Why do u get ur revenge but he doesn't? He'd in fact relate to her more than the FL. Ugh so frustrating

anyone speculating shu is the demonic orphan? Not only do we get a flashback of the FL in the fire but his character is the love obsessed type who will kill to get her to stay with him, all leading to the possibility he's the child who caused the fire in the past where he first met her and fell so badly that he hid his identity cz no book is that powerful to kill demon lords

Is ruling going to be a problem (or her clansmen) later on or will she fully side with our leads and let them help her? cz someone stupid on her side is gonna get themselves killed and i bet it'll just make ruling an enemy of the leads? Also is there anoyone who's a friend to sima jiao other than the snake and FL? it's kinda sad how solitary he is, especially when the FL loses her memories in a later arc and no one to talk to (the snake's a subordinate sort of relationship not friend).
