Title Tempest Spoiler
What a stupid series. Stop showing Iraq in a bad light. When will you continue producing series at the expense…
no need to insult the whole korean population but you're right about them showing arabs in a bad light all the time. This is a political drama tho so to generate drama they need to show the bad parts of each country and the protagonist as the only righteous hero (it'd be nice if she has foreign allies here since they seem to be recruiting foreign actors) so it's a balance rather than only south korea being righteous.

He's always surrounded by people, dont worry🤭 and there's a slight romance with 2FL but it has not started…
2nd? shouldn't it be the first or that person is a lead as another role but not romantically?

no matter how shitty a script can be please comment on the writer's skills or on what went wrong and not crude remarks like these. Do you feel better telling someone to kill him/herself? it's simply childish cz it shows how little you know of the power words hold.
On The Journey of Legend Sep 12, 2025
hi, this is zero romance right? is there no romantic tension or chemistry with a female lead at all? i don't mind if it's a shounen but i hope there is some sparks with someone or having a friend group so he's not alone all the time (u can grow stronger and not be alone).

And hopefully it's toward a female lead and not another drama where the bromance is hella sus just cz they don't want to air a bl/ either make it a bl or a straight drama without confusion (worst of all not something like fangs of fortune where the chemistry with the bromance was so good and sus that the fl (his so called love) was more of a support in the story)

Title Chihayafuru: Full Circle Spoiler
honestly i'm considering this as a standalone and an original story with adult characters who have a past that is a mystery but would be nice to know. Why u might ask? cz this was properly done ; it had evolution to characters, a possible romance without stringing both characters along; a freindship for ALL characters and not weirdly distant on a deeper level; and a realistic if not open ending for possibilities; and a realistic approach to teenage problems and parental relationship dynamic (not over dramatic, evil, nor overly suppostive, just real)
I honestly never could fully like chihaya as a character outside her passion for karuta and skills. It always felt like she was too focused on arata and confused the heck out of taichi cz her actions show romantic interest in arata that her ending up with taichi was so shocking to him tho she cared for him. Even arata was a bit shocked. So romance was bad, friendship wise; she wasnt on the same wavelength as the rest so it never felt deep (seems to be in this sequel too). She's just a peculiar character that had no real depth other than karuta and becoming queen and the rest felt like background characters who got some substance then forgotten about to boost chihaya's growth.

Am i the only one who liked her old hair? She could still have her transformation with curly hair (not frizzled). The new one felt like a wig and kinda bulgy when viewing her side profile.

The obsessed 2ml got the redemption with the blessing tears of FLI cant stand this ridiculous "good" ending…
that's not even redemption tho cz he never regretted anything nor sees the fault in what he did and her tears was just pissing us off more than feeling sorry for the guy. She never even gets to find out anything he did; just thinks he helped out the guy at the end cz of him being lied to about being the founder so it's not even satisfying when she was disappointed. he was aiding in the fire years ago, resurrected the rat lord after the first defeat, aided him again causing the black snake's death, killed lots of demons to form a core for her, and so much more stuff she and everyone else don't know about (which if she did not a single tear would've rolled for this guy) so his suicide was just sooooo very horribly bad writing; just bad

no wonder we couldnt see mzy's father's face in the flashback in earlier episodes.. he didnt remember his father's…
the weird thing is him never knowing about his dad and never explaining what actually happened to the mother cz it's not by fire
On Moonlit Reunion Sep 3, 2025
the rest of the ending is post credits btw
kinda stupid cz many will miss it and literally a continuation so why not just say epilogue and put it rather than post. credits but whatever

noooo i really hope the ending goes like this cz it's more reasonable than her staying in the past or him going to the future

this could've been an amazing drama but what they did with the 2nd lead was horrible. His character as an obsessed man causing drama and chaos is perfectly normal but the way everyone dealt with him was so stupid (which obviously led to the sufferings they experienced) ; the memory loss, the death of our supporting characters, the fire and so on. And his fate is to be trusted to the very end till he just kills himself (while in the arms of a crying FL) like he wasn't the worst villain they encountered? A 2 faced rat who was the literal cause (albeit indirect as to not lead to him) of all their current problems and nobody even know yet) Nope this dropped to 8 for me and would've been worse had the leads' story and the other plotlines not saved this drama from ruin

Most probably he'll die (after she leaves) like the history books so her present is not changed and be reborn with his memories while waiting for her to finish her competition (she mentioned it to her assistant so he might get a timeline of when she returns to the future) and go to her when she gets back so as to not change anything
On Bon Appetit, Your Majesty Sep 3, 2025
i hate the dynamic so much. i know his actions as a cruel tyrant have a double meaning (usually with an end result that helps her) but she does not know that so all she sees is a cruel indivisual with some cute moments but his core is tyranical so even if a romance ensues, it's a very bad power dynamic so i'm glad she goes back at the end ( they need a healthy start for their 2nd relationship (at least there is no fear of death or changing history here)

If it's true that MZY is half demon he is the most powerful of them all
kinda explains why he was the best out of all in the celestial palace. his body's potential played a big role

Alright, another whitewashing of an obsessive SML because, as it looks like, he's sacrificing his life for FL:https://x.com/TiaMelia12/status/1962728111415673253?t=jXyLS-_ViqG_YD4KD0MMIA&s=19They…
this drama's only problem is this character honestly and all his actions are cutting pieces of enjoyment for the plot. The way everyone acts around him makes no sense. We can say the FL's is excused cz he's her childhood friend (tho it's a beena bit much) but what about the rest? he says "get out of the room" and they do (makes no sense cz the serpent lord didn't leave the previous time he was "healing the FL" so why leave now?) then he forces a core into her and everyone is just in shock and the repercussions to this is locking him in the city (not in prison still roaming around and threatening former colleagues) and scolding him for a bit. And our last hope (ML) only spars with him for a few mins and lets him roam free AFTER WHAT HE DID. Rather than repenting or i don't know have a slight understanding he just sacrifices himself for her? Do the authors not get the sacrifice play for villains only elicits emotions for us if the character has a reasonable cause/emotional background/ or at least a repentance arc?

1) China has logical rationale behind their regulations;2) China has already has made, is making & will continue…
Hmm true, my rant did include a lot of complaint, simply cz it’s been frustrating how the endings to such genres always end up the same way and it’s cz they have to end back in the modern world. Also, apologizes if it seemed like shouting, the intent of the caps lock was the emphasis on certain aspects of the sentences and not screaming cz at the end of the days it’s a comment section informing ppl of ur opinions and not forcing it on anyone. Also my contradiction isn’t really that; I was offering a suggestion for an extra episode for further explanation or in the modern world (which hasn’t been done before) to allow for them to not go against regulations cz it’s unrealistic to think they ever will ( which is why it was suggested AFTER complaining about the regulations). And to explain what I meant by “is this a happy ending? No” is the fact that many regard this as a happy ending or basically the fact that many endings of this genre end the same way with them starting at one another and magically remembering so they’ll eventually be together (slight open ending with a happy outlook) . My opinion is this is in fact not really a happy ending but a rushed, unexplained ending that ruins the end taste of a drama.
Again not trying to be rude, just putting out my frustrations (without insulting anyone) as this is the point of these discussion portals. To find like minds who either like or complain about the same stuff.
I gave this 9.5 btw, the entire plot was amazing and the ending was infact (as I said before) less unreasonable on the FL’s side but not on the ML’s which is why an extra episode to explain or even an epilogue would’ve been enough so that the FINAL feel of it all would’ve been a 10 but the rushed arc by the end coupled with the ending didn’t make it work.

who the hell cares about a happy ending? i'm talking reasonable and not rushed endings. the guy's smiling and happy like he remembers her which makes no sense cz he didnt go to the other world and if somehow sima jiao found a way to her and that is them why not show it? all the other time travel/transmigration dramas in china end the same way regardless of how it started or the plot (back in modern world with her/ him remembering and a smile , my problem is EXPLAIN HOW) which ruins the satisfaction of a good plot at the end of the story hence why no transmigration/time travel dramas are truly considered masterpieces (is my meaning so they have masterpieces just not in this genre) cz their true potential is ruined. Which is proven with how the novel is better portrayed than the drama as the ending is the only big difference.

2ndly open/ sad endings are welcomed like "love between fairy and devil"/"till the end of the moon" and so on AND they're masterpieces cz they don't have the issue of being unreasonable

This drama shows us that even with top-notch A-listers and perfect acting, a bad plot ruins a series. The backstory had potential but their modern life sucks and their decision-making AFTER centuries does not fit them one bit. feels like kids or just the vibe and character writing is without substance, which is such a waste for these actors/actresses
