I really disliked ep 18. I miss seeing Cheoljong so much. Then, when he appeared, I was delighted. But, only for very few seconds, while they included many of BI time?? We need to see Cheoljong much more than those unnecessary characters.

I'm now so worried for the possible sad ending, so spoiled with a lot of fan theories and also checked the historical facts. Now, I asked myself what kind of ending I would feel satisfied? Is it supposed to be happy or sad.? No! More importantly, it should be reasonable and logical.
- Bong Hwan go back to modern time, remember Cheoljong and cry??
- So Young come back to her own body and live happily together with Cheoljong until he died?
Idk what I should expect now.

The cast line-up is amazing, it reminds me of Mr.Queen which also has acting powerhouses.
I mean Kim Rae Won + Lee Da Hee + Kim Sung Oh +Kim Sang Ho??? The best!!

Thanks! I do understand these. I just want to blame to the writers how they did not showcase much about the King's sufferings because of Kim clan.
I want to ask Kim So Young attempted to commit suicide because she did not receive the love from her husband? Is that the only reason? I don't think so. If it is, I would say the real queen character was really weak mentally before the chef took over her body.

I just finished watching all 8 episodes. I must say they focused too much on Bong Hwan's character. And, they did not really show how evil Kim Clan is and why the King is trying so hard to get rid of them. I've seen comments that Kim Clan is not that bad and, the King and his little team are actually bad (WTF!).
I want to blame all of these to the scriptwriters. Hopefully in next episodes, it would get better.

I am not the only one who is feeling like this. I started this drama for Kim Jung Hyun. And, they really made dirty to his character. WTF! Since the first ep, they mainly focused on the chef and queen character. I almost mistakened that Choi Jin Hyuk is the male lead (who he had the kiss scene with FL right from the start). More, SML/ Cousin character is introduced as the loving loyal guy to FL (he also had kiss scene with FL). In all of this, the King character come out like a shitty/cheating husband to FL, even attempted to kil her. No wonder most viewers hated the King character.
Is it even true that Kim Jung Hyun is male lead? They shouldn't make him that dirty even if it is a woman centered drama. Kim Jung Hyun is an established actor with good projects under his belt. As his fan, I'm so disappointed by the poor writing of his character. He deserves so much better than this.
