Ji Rong and Situ Hong are soooo annoying characters. I'm in mid 21 ep and they are simply soooo annoying that I would kill them million times over. I hope they get pummeled soon.
I prefer this more to the last week's drama TTEOTM. I'm not fan of Xianxia and this kinda falls a bit more towards wuxia, because it feels it was directed in actual place and not in studio.
Secondy xianxia tends to be too cheesy all that unrequited love and too many lifetimes. So I hope this one will not get so cheesy and sour.
Just finished. Ending got me thinking. uhmm..it could be in 5 years lol. Why dont they say see you by end of december 2022 lol. Anyway this is drama that i like. 1. Bit more cgi with fights not only metal on metal 2. Romance is almost puff. Please who likes to watch crybabies all the time. If you want to watch this, go see romance drama. Makes me think asians are really becoming "cry me a river" and meek, doll kind of ppl. This romance type of drama will make them all girly lol 3. This was as fighting era should be. Should have more blood, more raw cruelty to it, because lets face it...wars were like this anyway. But im satisfied with it. Really nice 4. Room for improvement. ML can improve alot.

Guys this is 1st season rigght? According to novel this cca only 450 chap, but novel has much more. And in last 6 eps i dont see this wuxia end correctly.
Imo best drama of year in the same vibe/segment etc. Really went flashing to 39 episode...too fast. Ended too fast. Whole game wasnt really predictable, was planned well. Drama makes you edgy till end, goosebumps all the way. Gonnna miss this.
I heard that many ppl are unhappy because of story is slow paced, not according to novel or manhua anyway. They blame director and he gave good response after. Anyway supposedly drama was moved from prime time.

Maybe, but usually ppl press rating 10 lol (even me), doesnt matter if there are plotholes or shakey acting lol xd on imdb is maybe more credible as there are also some real life working critics xd
I too finished 19 and 20. Above expectation. 16th night figure got me thinking must be a woman, but never imagined it would be her.
Anyway LR is offseting all tension around Baili. Which is bad. Her nature and playing skills are so good, she could fool all at the end as leader of Divine. Also she is annoying. Poking nose where she shouldnt. As said in build up, tension gets high then she comes and boom tension is gone. Like her purpose is exactly this. She aint bad actress, just her presence in key moments is simply not neccesary. Also for this kind of person, leisure and luxury is something normal, yet she was not shaken, scared, by those poor ppl. She wil get Baili killed for sure. Her personality is too bright for this drama lol
