Lol thats funny cause most of the dramas nowadays have rookies they have been given so much chances that I barely see my veteran actresses I rather see someone mature that can act, they can start somewhere else i agree she didn't look 18 but her acting was so convincing that I didn't think about it twice.

I didn't feel it in scarlet heart either she has a very reserved character this might be why the chemistry is always underwhelming I have to say that all of her dramas i enjoyed except my mister because I don't like dark stuff. But she has a long way to go and I don't think an idol like actress would pull it of.anyway we won't be deciding the cast ourselves so let's wait and see

Ahn hyo seop is actually one of my faves. I think for ml the guy from 18 again is a perfect cast, the FL is the complicated one, the one from the tw version can strangely pass as both a high school girl and mature woman in her late 20's both in attitude and appearance I have been thinking do we have an actress that can do that what do you think it needs to be a mature actress that can pull of the other aspect as well hmm so difficult xD

All the people are not as skilled as the veterans their range of emotion are limited with some being more of a visual actors, now i am not saying they are bad in general, they are bad for this role

I am disappointed with this i guess it will go with my long list of dropped dramas

I just know they will mess this up with the casting or/and directing. For people saying iu, guys iu is popular, pretty but she can't act that well just yet she is stiff. This drama is not an idol drama of time traveling it really needs great actors not just that but a great pair with chemistry because that's what made this drama good. The female lead needs to be both a mature working lady but also a highschool student. I really think most people here came from kpop so they just want visual actors rather than good ones not that iu is a bad actress i am sure whatever drama she chooses will be a success, but I don't see her giving this justice she fits the visual criteria of looking young. It will be hard casting the FL, I am still puzzled on who can pull this off

That's actually not true since younger actors miss it up and won't be able to play mature characters or emotions I rather have experienced ones
