Finally caught up. Ep 11-12 kind of ruined my mood and broke the flow of the story for me after such an amazing Ep 10 but after Ep 13 it's back to the Homcha that I love again thank god.

I don't think he fell deeply in love with her when they were kids though? He just finds it an interesting coincidence that he remembered since it was a memorable day for him and his grandpa.

It sucks to wait but I feel like this is one of those shows that works well for this format
a lot of appreciation for the finer details and analysis from other people might be lost if this show was binged in one sitting

That person wants so badly to bait people into thinking ksh fans will make ksh take all the credit loool when in reality we all realize the whole cast , crew , writers , director and cinematographer are pulling their weight in making this series successful.

I feel the same. Nice dude but so far a lot of what he does feels like he only does it because he gains something from it which don't really give me a good impression. Doesn't help that one of his "thing" is getting people to agree with what he wants or he'll endlessly pursue you with gifts until you do.

He's charming and a good actor, I doubt you'd have to petition too hard for it.

If he only said that with no follow-up to why he said that, I would agree it'd be wrong.
But this is why context is important and why I asked you to watch the scene with the grandmothers again.

He only asked her that because of what the grandmothers told him. If you have to blame someone in this situation, it is the outdated conservative views of the grandmothers.
I'm not trying to pick a fight with you nor am I trying to defend my fav, I'm simply stating the facts because I feel like you misinterpreted that scene.
Also I'm just talking to you like a normal person ...

I'll just summarize it here then. Episode 2 timestamps around 21:40 for grandma's scene with dusik and timestamp 45:15 for dusik's scene with hyejin. Feel free to fact check me on these scenes if somehow my interpretation is off the mark.
1)He actually defended her choice of outfit when the grandmothers were voicing their discomfort at him.
2)When he went to have a talk with her, he only relayed what the grandmothers felt and even he agreed that the grandma's views are outdated but she should at least take their thoughts into consideration since she will have to settle into Gongjin and potentially have them as her customer. He was not forcing her to change what she wears at all.

Please rewatch the scene again and actually pay attention to the dialogues this time, as well as the conversation he had with the grandmas on this topic beforehand.
