In Korea having plastic surgery is the norm, it's as common as having your tooth removed, very sad. Heck, they do double eyelid surgery at the mall 😳 Of corse, Asian people think it's a good thing
Well done war movie and another great performance by Yoo Hae Jin, he's excellent in everything he does and I appreciate him not doing any series drama . The Japanese imperial army was one of the most savage ever , it baffles me that Asian people still admire the Japanese culture after all they've done throughout history in Asia.

ML pretty clueless but not annoying, 2nd lead couple - terrible, they can't act for shit 😑 The girl actresses - really good., the "niece" - she's such a great actress, so funny. People hating on Se Kyung, so boring 😴 She is TOP when it comes to historical dramas, her "Joseon Korean" is impeccable. I love her and will give this a shot only bcoz of her. Everyone talks like she is the worst actress of all times. She is very popular in Korea which is the target audience anyway, but foreigners seem not to like her. Except for myself 😀
