The only interesting Thai BL for me was Not Me and Rak Diao :/

I think on average, the good/high rated BLs are 8.0-8.3, so that's the benchmark for you.

For some reason Korean Sci fi genre has been pretty underwhelming to me especially if it's related to space. (Space Sweepers, The Silence Sea etc)

Most of these 2 season shows are probably planned by Netflix and are filmed as a whole together already.
This is because Netflix is trying to increase their sales by having people subscribe multiple months instead of just 1 month and for just this 1 series I assume.
(Can't comment on Alchemy of Souls because it's also produced by tvn, but for series with multiple seasons made by Netflix i'm gonna assume this is the reason, the same thing happened with Stranger Things that released 2 parts in 2 months )

Underwhelming episode tbh, all the characters including the villain made some really questionable and downright stupid decisions.

I know the series decided on making S2 more in-depth about each character, but I loved the series because of the game and the games in S2 (except the games Chishiya played) were downright badly designed and plain.
Also they did so much character development but for some reason episode 7 happened lmao.

Ep 7 wasn't sad, it was infuriating to see characters (including the villain) suddenly becoming dumb for no good reason just for the plot to continue... or maybe because to save budget lmao
