Because from what we've seen, he has lead JDJ's life with information from the future, and on ep 16, they show that JDJ's life was exactly how the ML lived as,
So either the past was rewriten...
or JDJ is really intelligent to the point that he can predict airplane crashing and the stock market

Difference is Do Jun treated him with respect and and he didn't treat him like a dog imo, so It was him being loyal respectfully imo

Also really appreciate Jin Do Jun's secretary for being loyal towards the end, it was really heartwarming and bittersweet.

I'm thankful that they didn't force 2 strangers to fall in love in the last episode given how their circumstances were so vastly different it would be weird.

Big plot hole:
1. If ep 2-15* was literally the ML rehashing his life as a Jin DoJun, how TF did Jin Do Jun know about the stock, the airplane incident, IMF etc, I guess he's so smart that he can predict those like he's from the future huh?
2. Clark Kent syndrome, literally everyone couldn't recognize the ML with him just wearing a glasses. I know we are to assume that both the poor and rich ML are different people, but there wasn't a scene showing that he reborn with a different face right? So i'm coming onto a conclusion that everyone couldn't recognize him even with glasses lmao

So sad to say that ep 2-15* was pretty irrelevant to the main storyline, if anyone asks, just tell them to watch ep 1 and ep 16 LMAO
