I only watch some of the episodes but I know most of the story from my mom.
I also love her mom's character and the teacher. I felt very bad about the teacher but luckily they rescued her so at least the dumb cops have some use. I also felt so bad at He Yu Qiong's ending and I saw your comments about it. That's so cruel.
I didn't watch the show but my mom was hooked into it in the beginning because of the comedy. I saw some people gave raved reviews when the episodes aired and saying they didn't sleep to catch up with the show. I wonder whether the show was that good. I guess it ticked all the boxes for romance lovers like you said. I guess I don't miss it by not watching. Even my mom said she was bored at later arch with too much romance and not much plot at the ending.
I would like to know your opinion on Rebirth after a few episodes. I watched the first 2 episodes and was still undecided.

After watching little ZRY, I realized I haven't finished Under the Microscope (or rather my mom has not finished, I don't have time watching it yet), that show is like mini JOL reunion.

I could recognize young Fan Xian. I think he was in another famous drama as well which I couldn't remember. So she was in the Bad Kids. They are really great actors despite their young age.
Julia Xiang is the FL in "Love in Time", the time travel drama she starred in with Yang Xu Wen ๐.
I see. I didn't really notice the Julia Xiang name because it appears in the middle. I don't really watch that many C-dramas so I am not familiar with a lot of names. I think I know more about the veteran actors :)
Besides Chen Xiao, I really don't know the actors you mentioned here. I'm glad you enjoy the show with this business themed drama. Also the sceneries :)

Ah, I guess we need to separate Huai An and Liu Zhi in this case. Yes, I guess we will see. Even without Cheng Yi, half the the veteran actors are still alive in the story so that could work.

I miss your in depth reviews. I didn't think Liu Zhi walking down the stress is the real him. I thought it was his imagined "perfect" life. But you could be right that explosion in granary that consumed him was his imagination. I wasn't sure as well whether he dyed his hair or it turned gray near the last episode. I think you're right that he dyed his hair to trick Tiemo.
Does his friend know that he lives? They complained about he left without leaving them anything.
If that hanged woman was his mother, the timeline like you said didn't match. It happened before YFS was caught in the granary so before he adopted Wang Pu. And Wang Pu was supposed to be older than Bai Wan. I meant the show couldn't be so bad at math so it was a different woman or there are some twists in the story.
Despite multiple people surviving stabbing in the guts, I still think it's a really good show that both my mom and I awaited every night. The strategies you listed made me checked Sun Tzu 36 strategems. I presume the d โborrows a corpse to resurrect the soulโ (ๅๅฑ้้ญ) refers to use the flour as explosive as mentioned by Wu Zhong Heng himself in the past.
