The cleaner in the elevator is more interesting than Min Young. I keep bringing her cause she is FL and PD is forcing the romance. If it was not the case I wouldn't have mentionned her.

Drama is carried by everyone even the Jin children and DoJun co-workers/team, even the cleaner that was in the elevator, everyone except Min Young
If this drama were to be remade in China who would you like to be casted for the different characters ? For me I would see Xiao Zhan as DoJun/HyunWoo. He got the same qualities as Song Joong Ki lookwise to play his role. He is mature (early 30) but looks young enough to play high schooler/student. There is vulnerability in his big eyes. For Lee Sung Min's character I see Zhou Yi Wei. Sure you gonna tell me he is a 82'er but this guy acting is no joke. Believe me he is brillant. He can play ruthless like nobody business and with a lil make up and what not I am sure he would shut people mouths and his perf would be on par with LSM's here. For Min Young an actress with a lot of appeal and a spicy aura is needed to compensate the blandness of the character. And we would need an actress in her 30's at least. I would pick a Xuan Lu. She is a good actress, she is her 30's and she is gorgeous. Still I am hoping for the character to be changed. If I were the PD I would not go the usual bickering-to-lovers type of romance when hero goes back in time. It is too been there done that type of thing. I would merge Min Young and Rachel character into one and create my FL. So we can have more reasons for ML to be attracted by her. Imagine the daughter of an influent prosecutor, that spent a few years in US to study business. Then she comes back in her homeland to work in the team of the hero. Or I would merge Hyun Min and Min Young characters to create the FL. So we can go from intense ennemies to a platonic OTP with the grey shrewd and manipulative FL helping the ML at the end. That would be a burning OTP.
