The thing that irritates me the most is the way the votes (via the app) and events of the show are so out of sync. Like I was voting for Shiryu on the daily and then last week I read a spoiler that he had already left the show. So I checked the people I could vote for via the app... and Shiryu was still there. As we all know, he had clearly left the show indeed, so why was I able to vote for him when that vote didn't matter anymore? The same thing happened with Yacht and another participant before. I understand problems with shooting the episodes, cutting everything and then airing the episodes - but then again it's not really my problem, I am not the one who decided that the show would work this way. So instead of giving my votes to someone who could actually use them, I repeatedly voted for people who had already left the show days or weeks ago. It just feels really shady and isn't helped by the fact that we don't know the number of votes. For all I know they could just make numbers up and we wouldn't even know. Sorry, just had to get this out of my system. As many others have stated, these boys deserve a much better show than what they were given with Fantasy Boys.
Yeah, the 20-minute episodes on Youtube are the abridged version that airs on NTV. Full version is around 60 minutes…
Thank you for your reply. It's kind of sad that it's not possible for us to enjoy the complete episodes, but I still feel very thankful for the abridged version and that they are slowly being uploaded with English subs. For now I will continue watching the episodes on Youtube and hope to gain some more information about the different students from them.
I really enjoy this darker twist on the casting show format - also I just love listening to/looking at Avu-chan.. I wonder if the 20minutes episodes on Youtube are the actual episodes though, or if their are like abbreviated versions of the original episodes. Also the first music video "Rondo" of RYUGUJO is gonna drop next weekend.
The plot about the mom came out of nowhere. I can imagine the point they were trying to make, but it left me flabbergasted.…
Well, for many people a cancer diagnosis comes out of nowhere - it did for me and for my dad as well. You live your life normally and you didn't do anything bad (like smoking or drinking alcohol) and still you can get cancer. Also they hinted at her getting sick during an earlier episode - in that moment it was obvious that it would lead to something bigger. My best friend and me immediately wrote to each other "Ah, something terrible is gonna happen".
do i have to watch Until We Meet Again to watch this?
Judging from the first episode, watching UWMA beforehand would make more sense. There are many things that wil be unclear if you didn't watch the original. Like in "Between Us" Pharm, Manow and Team are just friends and you don't know anything about how they met.... if must feel weird if you didn't watch UWMA.

Awww, that's awesome - it kind of made me so happy to read your comment. It's such a special feeling when you have found a perfect drama like this. <3 As for similiar drama, I can only recommend according to my own taste. I felt that "Genderless Boyfriend" was a very beautiful drama, although it's a straight romance. It's about a young woman who is in a relationship with a young man who likes to dress up in skirts and cute accessories. The drama is about their relationship but also about expressing yourself in this modern age... it has very funny moments but also stops for more serious bits. It probably helps that the mangaka of the original is at home in the world of BL. ^^ Other than that, "Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai VS Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko" (which was recommended above) is a great recommendation. Very silly and hilarious and despite all the craziness still has its romantic moments. I watched both seasons together with my best friend and we had a really good time. ^^
ALSO, can you guys recommend me japanese bls? I've been noticing bls from japan are the ones i've loved the most!…
Since nobody has mentioned it so far: "Kamisama no ekohiiki" which has quickly become my favourite Japanese BL. A thoughtful and deep storyline, beautiful camera work, lots of funny and emotional moments, and such a perfect couple. It really is a very special show so definitely recommended for everyone who likes BL.
Just finished the first episode and absolutely loved the camera work here - the series is shot in such a beautiful way, just looking at it feels very satisfying. Also the tension between Wang and In was something else, the way they teased each other or the glances they exchanged. Also there is something ... magical about this drama. Like of course it is set in reality but it is as if a mystery is lurking in the background. I really enjoyed this one and am looking forward to what future episodes have to offer. <3

In this case please make it obvious that you are asking for official links - while reading your comment I thought you were asking for illegal links, so apologies.
It's only officially available on Gagaoolala so it's some weird behaviour to ask for other links. They make it available for us (like many of their other great shows) so the least we can do is watch the show via their site officlally and support what they do.
This is the drama that my best friend and me watch together each Sunday... *sigh* I feel a bit sorry for him but at least we get to watch Boun and Prem. I just didn't expect the script to be so bad/confusing... let's just hope for some sexy boxing scenes and some sweet BounPrem moments during the second half of the drama's run
Ah, I feel a bit silly but watching the 7th episode has made me feel so emotional. During the last few weeks I have kind of fallen in love with this lil' drama... and now i feel so sad that next week its last episode will already be airing. I wish we could spend so much more time with everyone. I will miss Meow saying "Dermdem". And I will miss Faiyen's hopeful smile whenever he looks at Evan. Looking forward to new episodes of Meow Ears Up had filled every week with a sense of happiness. If they do well with the last episode, this will have become one of my favourite drama. <3
Another solid episode, but does anyone else think the ending scene was not really needed? I know they are still…
I mean, that whole argument about "what is needed, etc." has been discussed many times before. One reason why many people got interested in this show are the adult themes and scenes. They knew what they were doing by marketing the drama with two different versions, etc. So a sex scene can have meaning but it can also just exist because it's pleasing to watch. I enjoy Kinn and Porsche as characters, I enjoy watching them make out with each other. It's basically as easy as that. And as long as the actors are treated well and aren't made feel uncomfortable about the sexy bits, everyone wins.
Arghl. I am currently watching the BehindThe Scenes for episode 7 and ... I just feel really glad that there are people on this team who seem to take good care of Barcode. I love him as part of this show because he is always so kind and sweet and just a very lovable character. But when i see Barcode getting flustered or crying, it feels a bit heavy. I think he mentioned that it had happened to him before. So seeing team members talk to him calmly and trying to make him feel better is very sweet and comforting to watch. I hope he knows how much light he adds to this show and how fun he is to watch.
Perhaps it is because I watched the show together with a friend of mine (we live in different countries and so we always start the episode at the same time and communicate via Whatsapp) but I actually enjoyed this drama quite a lot. Of course it wasn't perfect but there are many fun or cute moments between the two main characters and the side couple is also quite cute (and even helps out the main couple). Looking back, I like remembering their romantic "date" and Gun's pouty moments ^^
