i didn't expect to see many negative comments here... I watched this back in 2019 while it was still airing and this drama still places a huge place in my heart, I will give it the best modern drama I've ever seen! Some may say that the back and forth timeline is choppy, but I absolutely LOVE IT! It gives the suspense, and also sweet moments, this drama requires you to think a little, so if you don't wanna turn your brains this might not be the drama for you then... Next up, I find it quite realistic, you really have to take note of the lines that the FL says, you could literally quote from her and use it in real life. FYI, this is actually a real story based on the author :)

This drama will be like a new entity, it will tell the story of the daughter of zhang pengpeng (a time traveller), and definitely the daughter, Qipa, will inherit her weirdness and have the mindset of a modern person. But the twist is that, she will space travel to another world where demons and all exists, that’s where she will meet Kui mulang. If any of you are watching 长月烬明/till the end of the moon, it’s pretty similar to how Li susu time travel back into ye xiwu body. There is also the story of the past life of Qipa and Kui mulang, which pretty much explains the reason why qipa space travelled into another world (basically a god did it to fulfil their promise) This is just a gist of what the novel is about. I’m not sure how the drama will change but it should also have the same comedic elements to it!

The only relation is the mother daughter relationship, you can view this drama as a whole new drama! So you don’t need to watch the first one to understand this
