Yep it’s just you cuz majority would agree they have insane chemistry
figured lol but I wouldn't say I have a problem with the chemistry, they're both great actors so they can emote really well. I just think this would've been good even as a slight romance
It's probably just me but the romance in this is nauseating, I have to skip every scene with them together and tbh I usually love Lee Se Young but this role is grating :/ very unfortunate cause I really like the pace and storytelling outside of the romance. I think it would've been better as an action/law drama rather than a romcom...
putting a rookie idol actor with a veteran actress actually makes a lot of sense and honestly it's the one of the best ways for new actors to learn. he probably got a lot of good feedback from this role and I think it'll reflect in his next one if he wishes to continue :)
Now these are MY views on love. Love is both a noun and a verb. As a noun it is inside a person. As a verb it…
I'm also only on episode 10 and I couldn't have said it better. Personally, I have a hard time rooting for their relationship when neither of them seem to want to work on themselves. It feels like they're more attached to the idea of being together rather than actually feeling the love they may have initially held.
I find young love tricky and revisited young love even trickier. It's easy to fall back on the immature nature and emotions from when they were young and unfortunately this seems the case for our leads here. A lot of relationships fail because the couple refuse to grow both individually and as a pair. Part of me hopes they grow to learn how to communicate and end with a happily ever after but another part of me wishes they'd accept some closure and move on...
they both suck at communicating and it’s so annoying lol this is why young love is hard to grow into maturity cause the feelings started when the were immature. they’ll keep bouncing back to that mentality whenever something goes wrong.
i kinda want this to end as a forgive and forget. they obviously care for each other but they have a hard time understanding each other.
i think closure is what they need. get that closure and move on.
Well but the queen is not the same person without Jang Bong Hwan. I'm not alright
it will always make me sad that thing king lost the person he truly loved 😔 but i don’t think there was an ending that could’ve been happily ever after…either the king loses JBH or JBH loses his own life. a compromise wasn’t possible so i think this is the less severe ending
i feel bad but i genuinely hated the fl’s character cause she was SO BORING especially compared to the sfl. she would’ve made a much more interesting and complex lead character and i will never forgive the writers for doing her dirty 😠otherwise this was a very good drama that deserves much higher ratings
ngl this should've been 16 episodes imo. idk how else to describe it but there's long periods of nothing really happening then it's like the writer's realized nothing has happened yet so they squeeze a bunch of stuff in one or two episodes then they suddenly remember they have 20 episodes to fill so nothing happens again for a really long time and then they squeezed everything again when they realized they're running out of time.
this was actually so good im currently incapable of thinking of anything else rn
