Pat is taking notes then clearly doing NOTHING with them. The patience Daddy Jeng has shown thus far. The one thing I would say is that Pat in ep 1 and Pat in ep 2 seem different and there's a disconnect but I think that's in the editing

Yeah I'm going to defend DJ on this one . hehehe.
I do think he should have told Pat that he had changed his slides sooner as Pat seems to be the slowest PowerPointer in history but, apart from that I thought he was really constructive and lovely. That feedback is going to hurt
Forever haunted by slide 12 issues. To me it felt choppy after ep 1 and like a different character for Pat., I didn't need to see Pat working on this presentation this many times 😋. I had it on x1.5 speed. Ep 1 was fine it was ep 2

This is a corporate environment where emotions are not on the job description. His emotions are negative and misdirected professionally. Nan is there as an emotional ear if needed but to show anger or frustration in such a structure to your boss makes NO sense. It's called step by step so im sure we're going to see Pat grow but he's not cutting it for me work wise or behaviourally.
On bullying: there is micro bullying in the majoritu of work environments as alliences and politics play out. Ying forcing him to do work late notice and blaming him is bullying. Colleagues gossiping and being jealous of the special attention is commonplace.

Actually most offices would not expect crying.
He had worked as an intern previously so whilst being a coorrdinator is new he has to expect constructive feedback and, recognising that he has potential he was put on a project and given Nan to support him. this is why i dont believe he was professional and Jeng was within his right to call him out on it.
Workplace bullying is NEVER right but his handling of it was immature and childish especially in front of clients or other departments.
Pat is not cut out for this kind of work. He's been an intern but can't put together a presentation without lots of input? And what's with the toddler tantrums?

He was also not forced to come out.
Maybe let's stop making excuses for unprofessional behaviour. The colleagues are wrong but Pat is too.
