Step By Step has started airing last week but it airs on Tuesday.
Yeah we have a few peppered throughout the week and Step by Step looks promising but the weekend ones hit different for me. I remember rushing home to watch Bad Buddy on a Friday or more recently My School President.
For now we'll have to rely on the JBLs and KBLs to carry us through
So 3 Thai series end this weekend. What are they going to give us in May please? We need our Weekend BL calendar back!! (I miss the packed Fridays the most)

those that are all for sex scenes and very little storyline are the reason NSFW are still going to be made even when it's NOT necessary, sadly. We do need a mix of BLs but I've noticed that each country goes through long periods of sameness so there's something about the commissioning that needs to change
The earlier episodes were better than the latter episodes. That is all I will say.
Agreed that the first half had potential and the last half was more lack lustre. Felt choppy throughout and not enough to fill 10 eps. They should have stuck to the original number

the only place is YT which are terrible subs so I would wait until the usual websites update. The fact that 9 has been subbed now means 10 won't be too far behind

I would say PBLs are improving. It's just such a different humour and standard that I doubt it will catch up bar the one one here or there. Thai BLs have bigger budgets but the fan service spoils them somewhat as it influences the shows. But there have been some decent ones in 2022 -23
CBLs are highly censored so we are stuck with the bromance. It can work but it's frustrating when you can see that it was shot as a BL then edited to conform
I forgot Taiwan also had Papa and Daddy, Plus and Minus, Beloved in the house I do, DNA says I love You, My tooth your love etc last year. It's clear to see in the production that things aren't back to normal
