FIRST 96 CHAPTERS COVER S1 although some of the biggest plot twists were just revealed so easily nd the approach was different the manipulation part is still present similar to S1 series.. If I have to compare the manhua of jol among the world of manhuas only it's a top class among them with well written plot thanks to the og source novel..

But when it comes to comparing the first 96 chapters of the manhua to 46 episodes of s1 then for me s1 is 10 nd manhua is 8.7 taking in consideration all the biggest plot twists reveal nd battle of wits nd manipulation.

Now regarding s2 of series compared to manhua a huge Chunk of content isn't present in the manhua.. That is the battle of wits btw the main princes nd fx... From ch97 onwards I read upto 117... Nd I was already at ming family arc.. Nd I was entering the spoiler territory so I stopped at that. I can't really rate manhua nd s2 series comparison cuz in manhua s2 story is so fast.. Nd maybe the stuff they have removed in btw 97-117 is in upcoming chps such as the fx vs the princes.. I could feel ths part upcoming as I read But it will have new content (more from s3 part of the novel) too mix in it that's not in the s2 series so m hesitant to read.. Now I will just wait for manhua to stack more (currently it already has 185 chps I believe the story has already entered deep into the s3 territory in manhua..
I will go back to my reading of novel slowly from beginning nd wait for s3..

Novel > Series > Manhua

But I have to say I still enjoyed reading the manhua a lot, imo the art style is also good quality for manhua.
well I am willing to read any jol related stuff haha..
