Mudan is the kind of person who can easily forgive someone who wrongs her and might not seek revenge but it's different when it comes to the people she loves or is close with. We see this in EP 1 when Lian Zhou framed da fu. She immediately took revenge without thinking twice and honestly I'm that kind of person

Btw I do want to comment of Liu Lang. Don't you feel he is similar to she g yi? I mean they both kind of behave the same way, have the same kind of attachment issues and all
I mean they came from the same family so that isn't shocking a d I honestly believe both he and she g yi are like that because of the way they were brought up. We saw sheng yi's family in FP so we have a little understanding of them.
I'm also really pissed at Liu Lang for what he did but this just makes me see him as another sheng yi

I would never understand people's logic that you have to take revenge to be seen as strong or smart. Why can't someone choose to put everything behind and live peacefully and happily? I'm a fan of revenge dramas and I eat them up but at the same time I also understand those kind of characters who do not purse revenge
