The screenwriter is not dt reputed...Her previous work has also complained of bad writing.. But here it actually…
I forgot about The Fox's Summer, I have watched both of those and I liked them, not crazy about the ML in them but they were good, also I really liked Face Off as well, I watched it because I looking for dramas of hers' after watching UTP and The Fox's Summer and Face Off and a few others I liked. I will have to be honest, I haven't finished Go Ahead, The Eight, and Mayang Street, but I have heard they are really good, I just always have another drama come up so haven't gotten around to them yet.
Seriously, the time between the episodes feels like days not 23 hours. I need something else to watch to take…
have you watched Hi Venus? I just currently started that one and it is pretty good. I tried to watch Unchained Love, but got to episode 6 and not sure if I want to continue yet or wait til it finishes. The acting is good, but there are a lot of scenes cut from the drama and I am just not feeling the connection I get knowing I will like the drama and continue watching it. I usually know within the first episode sometimes 2nd or 3rd before I will like it or not or if I feel a connection to want to continue.
Haven't watched todays yet, can someone please tell me that Captain Neanderthal is gone already?
I have really loved Liu Jun's acting. He is playing a very, very good misogynistic jerkwad. Almost all the dramas I watch him in, he is so good. My favorite and the one I know him the most is The Story of Ming Lan as her father, but man whenever I see him in anything, I usually know it is going to be good. Its kind of like when I watch K Dramas and see Kim Mi Kyung in a drama it usually is really good. They play great support characters.

yes, Tan Song Yun is very great actress, honestly besides UTP, my absolute favorite of hers is The Sword and the Brocade. I absolutely love that drama. I haven't watched many of her modern ones, but I did not like Master of My Own, it really was a disservice to her acting and her and Kenny Lin imo had no chemistry.
Flight to you definitely deserves a higher rating! GNT once and again breaks the rule for CX!
yes loved the part where she kind of refused to unlock her hands from behind him.... that ending of episode 14, so intense and dramatic, loved every minute of it
Does GNT knows that the tenant he’s talking to is CX ?
I am on the fence on whether he knows. Sometimes it looks like he does know and then sometimes I wonder if he does. I am leaning toward more of he does. Still so unsure, there is no definitive clue it seems.
This has to be one of the best modern C Dramas in a very long time. I am enthralled with every scene, dialogue, etc. The acting and storyline are so intriguing, I am loving every single minute of it. Usually I will have these dramas on while I am doing something else and semi pay attention to them, but this one has my full focus.
I don't think Yu Heng is quite taking the hint, that Nan Ting is just being polite and not interested. I loved when CX was standing by the table waiting for Yu Heng to leave and Nan Ting had to basically tell her, umm leave. Also, Yu Heng just seems to be forcing herself in situations to get Nan Ting's attentions. I think the leg thing was a bit over excessive. Something always seems to happen to Yu Heng, be it a passenger hits on her, she gets knocked on the ground, she has leg cramps. Now the main Flight Service lady told her to ride to the hospital with them, there was no need for her to ride along and if anyone should have gone to the hospital it should have been Xia Zhi as they are best friends.
Now I am waiting to see how Jiang is going to say not turning the plane would have still prevented them from bumping into the other plane. I don't think braking alone would have done it. What CX did imo was the best course of action. That "celebrity" getting hurt was his own fault. He didn't buckle his seat belt and he didn't put his seat up. I don't get why Yu Heng didn't tell the main flight attendant in charge about the celebrity not being cooperative. Don't they have a person on board to handle passengers who don't cooperate? Also, as for that passenger who got drunk, poor Xia Zhi, I really hope she comes forward, she was told to watch out for him and she did miss checking that bathroom. Although, no matter what she had of done, I think that passenger was determined to get himself hurt or whatever.
Gotta love chinese censorship, not only do they butcher entire storylines and shows but they also cut multiple…
I have been noticing and hearing, they seem to be doing that more frequently lately. I watched the modern drama Double Love just recently and the drama was so bad because of all the editing that was done. I have never seen it this bad except in recent dramas over say the last 6 months or so.
The first 8 or "Season 1" as they are saying, but they have a "Season 2" coming in March 2023, which I believe is a continuation. At least for U.S. Netflix.
Is everyone binge watching the first 8? Or are you going to wait til March to watch them all? I am debating what to do. I so want to start watching now, but I know I will finish it fast (if it is really good, which it looks to be) and then have to wait 2 months for the rest.
Yes. This drama is more into rom-com. So dont take the royal families behaviour in this drama too seriously. If…
The Rise of the Phoenixes was excellent. I loved it, even though it was long, same could be said with The Story of Ming Lan, it was long but really good. Also, check out The Rebel Princess, it is really, really good as well. IMO, a very underrated drama. I also think The Song of Glory is really good as well.
Dylan Wang has to be in China's Top 10 Male Actors, easily....I love Yukee Chen however I don't think she is in…
He is currently filming a drama with Bai Lu. I am excited to see it. I would definitely like to see him pair up with Zhao LuSi now that would be a great drama. I think he will be doing a drama soon with Seven Tan.
I personally didn't like his pairing with Esther Yu, but it is probably cause I am a bit biased, I really don't like her as an actress. I have tried watching her in several different dramas and I just can't and it sucks cause they are pairing her up with all alot of my favorite Male Leads (ex. Xu Kai, Leo Wu and possibly Johnny Huang). I even heard a rumor (melon) she may be playing Li Qin's character in Joy of Life Season 2 ( I so hope that is only a rumor).
i agree with you. ep 7-8 seemed more of a filler rather than a build-up and it's my opinion, it is fine to disagree…
LOL Yeah I don't understand why people don't understand that their are others that don't share their same opinion about the progression of a drama. (Not to be taken seriously, I am being facetious)
Too bad most of the 7th and 8th episode were fillers... more than half of the scenes didnt add anything to the…
I am so glad I am not the only one who feels this. I haven't watched 7 and 8 yet. I am about to start them, but I was feeling this with 5 and 6. Yeah there were cute moments between the 2 leads but at the same time especially toward the end of 6 I was getting bored. I am not sure if I am going to make it through all 36 episodes. I may put it on hold and come back when its finished and skip around to the end. I will say I am enjoying the two leads and their acting is good and it seems to have a good premise (storyline), but the execution is not coming across very well for me right now.
Besides I am a bit to into Flight into You and Hi Venus right now. It is very hard to for me to watch to many ongoing dramas at once. So might as well drop the ine that is not keeping my full attention.
So weird that everyone seems to not know the answer to that question. I went in knowing because of all the info/synopsis etc that was told before it even aired. I guess not a lot of people learn about or see previews of dramas before they watch them.
Just finished 11 and 12 and still enjoying this very much.
Her mom went way to far. For being a lawyer I can't believe she did what she did and the fact that the listing agent went along with it. I am so glad her house didnt get sold without her ending up knowing about it.
We finally got to see what happened with the girl in his flashbacks and what she meant to him. And why he is so insanely crazy about rules and safety.
The previews for the next two episodes look really exciting can't wait.
I really like Song Song, but i completely understand his girlfriend. You need to be very understanding if you date…
Yeah if she was truly understanding she would propose to celebrate her birthday on another day. Seriously, one or two days difference is not really that big of deal. I know she would probably want to celebreate it the day of, but that can't always happen. She really did seem so immature and clingy. I am glad they are no longer together. The drama is now basically setting up Song Song and Xia Zhi relationship.
Parents in almost every cdrama pisses me off. Like cut the umbilical cord already and let them live the life they…
My thoughts exactly. I guess it is just different cultures. Because every time I watch an Korean and especially Chinese drama and see the parents control (or try to control) almost every aspect of their child's life, I get so aggravated.
