i think they're getting together in the past timeline around eps 18-19 (from his clothes on teaser for ep17). i don't know how many eps until they break up...

and i think they will get together again in the present in the final episodes (my bet is ep23 on~), because we won't have much to see after cenjin's parents discover everything, they get married(?), and then final scenes with their daughter... and i don't think it's gonna be rushed, they'll keep a good pace, i'm hoping.
