Honestly, I feel like the suspicion was easily lifted from RSH, just because he was stabbed. In that scene, I immediately thought to myself: "If he is so smart to plan all this so far, he is smart enough to stage a stabbing scene to clear his name until he's finished with his revenge..." But no one considered it in the show. Even without episode 14, I saw more evidence of RSH being part of this whole revenge than him not being an evil dressed as a hero.
The show is kinda sloppy and inconsistent in reasoning. RSJ keeps focusing on the latest evidence he has and it seems like he forgets everything before that (the other cops have no say in solving the case). The writers are not putting much thought into devising the whole story.
All that said, I really like the show. It's one of the very few crime/thrillers that I have enjoyed.
Only one episode is out and I'm hooked. I was quickly skimming the first Ep. to see if it's any good and 30 minutes later I realize I'm watching the whole Ep. 😅
I loved this one so so sooooo much and I don't even like action dramas at all. I just can't wrap my head around why they decided to kill off JPD. I mean, the FL didn't even make it obvious that she likes the guy. Why did Choi Moo Jin target him? Did I miss something? Can somebody shed some light on this?
I like Woong but I'm done with him. I think it's too late for him to suddenly change up his priorities, I don't…
Honestly, I wouldn't mind Yumi (or myself in a relationship) being the second priority. I also prioritize myself most of the time. But doesn't a healthy strong and efficient relationship where both sides communicate their feeling well benefit them both? I believe that Woong's mistake is not about his priorities, but about how he handles his relationship. He's got real bad communication problems... And yes, I agree that he won't be much better at that by simply changing up his priority list.
This drama is soooo good! Kudos to the webtoon writer. If you scroll down a bit in the comments section, you will find a comment from me where I talked about how Woong resembles my ex and how I would love for Woong and Yumi to work out. Episode 12 reminded me of why I ended things with my ex. I was rooting for Yumi to use the break-up card the whole time. I totally relate to how Yumi felt. Even when Woong realized that Yumi is his #1 priority, I just knew it was too late. There are things that once happened, can never be reversed... Like the gradual change of your feelings towards someone which you suddenly find out about.
UUUUGGHGHHGHH😡😡😡The proposal scene had me flipping tables... I hate it when one side of the conversation abruptly ends the talk merely because he/she is afraid of rejection. This episode (12) was full of miscommunication, which makes the storyline more realistic. I just wish that the characters were younger. At 30-something years old, you are bound to have developed SOME communication skills, am I right?
I'm really surprised how so many people here dislike either Yumi's or Woong's character. Bruh Why??? No one in…
That's exactly my point. They both have their own flaws and make BIG mistakes. But that's what makes the drama so special and the characters so relatable...
I really really like how real Woong's character is. Guys in Kdramas are usually overdone in one way or another. But Woong is your real average nice guy who does make mistakes, and big ones at that too. His character is so relatable to me (probably because I've dated a guy just like him before). I haven't read the webtoon, but I do Know that Yumi ends up dating Babi and then Soonrok, who she marries to at the end. Hopefully they are just as realistic of characters as Woong. But honestly, if there is a plot twist to the storyline of the webtoon, I very much hope for Yumi and Woong to work out and not end up like me and my ex🤣😅
joon, that poor soul🥺 I am soooo waiting for the show to end so that i can write a review on this. but so far, surprisingly good. and the fact that this shows how deep words can hurt... i think this is a drama every youngster needs to watch and take note of.
I was about to write a review on it, but I think it's way too early and I'll definitely end up revising the review. So I'm holding back until the show ends. So far, a cliche rom-com. Nothing really stands out, at least not in a positive way. The only things that caught my attention are first, the concert scenes, which are a bit too cringy and awkward, and the editing (the cuts are too sudden and jumpy). However, despite the noticeable flaws, I'm actually enjoying it. It's a light easy-to-watch and I dare say fun drama. This is the kind of drama you wanna watch when you want to escape reality and feel all bubbly or when you are going through a bad period... I don't think I'll drop this. I just really don't like Choi Tae Joon's acting (now bring on the hate...) and if I end up dropping it mid-way, it's sure to be because of his acting.
mmmmmm... I only watch the villain's scenes at 1X speed, since the actor perfectly displays utter vileness, and skim through the rest of each episode at 1.5-2X. The story has potential. But, unfortunately, the make is quite a drag. I'm not fond of the tenants or lengthy scenes where characters are just looking at the wall or listening to music and drinking. I think if the villain wins at the end, there will be room for a season 2, and hopefully, a better-made one that actually keeps the audience on their toes.
Am I the only one to have noticed that Inzaghi has something blue attached to his foot? The scene with the birds helping Vincenzo was kinda stupid if Inzaghi helped him on its own. Unless! When Inzaghi is flying away, it seems like someones looking back at Vincenzo through a camera (probably the blue thingy attached to Inzaghi's foot). I think someone's watching over Vincenzo... Please, let it be the case!
