I'm happy with Ep 12. seeing Gong Chan's friends fully trust him almost made me shed a tear tbh, and CYS bro just…
He looks like one of these guys who are like "if I can't have you then I will destroy your life." It's funny because unintentionally he did something good this ep as he made Soo Jae realise she was wrong in pushing Gong Chan away and that she only hurted him with it. So instead of making their relationship worse he brought them together again.
Soo Jae is feeling emotionally very conflicted at the moment because of what she did to him in the past, which is understandable, she feels she does not deserve him. But at the moment she really should have been there for him instead of pushing him away. At least it does seem she's going to investigate who's really murdered the step-sister, so she will probably turn around.
Child rapist and pedophile? Didn't he just have sex with an 18 year old woman that he worked with at the time?
Not pedophilia, thats with prepubescent childeren, but yes he had sex with a minor so this is a crime. What you have to take into account is that the age system in South Korea is different. They are actually one year younger than what their age says, so if she's 18 than she's actually still 17. Because of that the adult age in South Korea is 19.
Sometimes I get confused about what Lee Tae actually wants. He acts all innocent in his conversations with his eunuch, as if it isn't all part of his plan. But the QD tyranny and her eliminating PGW allies was all part of his plan to strengthen the power of the king. And now it reached a new level, he would even eliminate YJ if she stands in his way... Wasn't he saying till recently that he did all this to 'protect' her? Looks like his lust for power went completely to his head...
Most likely the murder mystery will be solved by ep 8. And the second half will be the FL going back to her roots…
I don't think there will be a love triangle, but her relationship with Gong Chang, who is her student, will give her trouble. If her enemies find out about it they will jump on it to bring her down.
It's a tvN drama so it's not available on Netflix. If we are lucky they will maybe add it in the future. Normally it's possible to recommend them to add a certain movie or tv series.
I liked their romance, they had good chemistry, but I really didn't understand Jin Kang falling for this guy. Like how could she forgive him so easily for what he did to Seung Ah, even forgive him at all. He used Seung Ah's desperation to escape her engagement with Woo Sang and her naivity to manipulate her and playing a game with her. When he was tired of her he threw her away without any remorse. And when he got beaten up he used her again to get revenge on Woo Sang, which eventually led to her death. Sure Woo Sang is the main perpetrator and also the mother of Seung Ah is guilty of forcing her into a marriage with a guy like that. But he is certainly also guilty and he didn't feel any remorse about it, its true that he's a sociopath so he can't really help it, but that doesn't justify his behavior. Furthermore, how does she know he's different with her than Seung Ah? Yes she heard that he normally doesn't talk about being an orphan with others, but is it enough proof to be sure that he isn't playing with her or that he will get tired of her? She didn't hear most of the things which proved he had real feelings for her, we as viewers know, but she doesn't. After the death of Seung Ah she said he had to prove himself, but two episodes later she completely forgets about it and even sleeps with him...
Was Seung-Ah murdered? They didn't confirm it so we can only speculate about it, but her sudden death and the secretary acting suspicious really points towards this. It really wouldn't surprise me if the crazy sister of Woo-Sang ordered the secretary to kill Seung-Ah to silence her.
Because she was fooled by Lee Tae its not her fault. She never forced things and already told her father not to…
She's just an inexperienced and immature girl who was easily fooled by his tricks. He made her fall in love with him by saving her and after that it was easy cake to make her believe he loves her too.
It seems 1 v 1 iso battle between YG and PGW at this point. The king is incredibly stupid and dumb just getting…
Not completely I would say, he still broke the alliance between PGW and JWP (Minister of War), and PGW made a very risky and dangerous move by bringing YG into the palace. But its his love for her which is ruining his and her plans.
Where are you watching this? And does it have good subtitles?
You don't have to use spoiler tag for the link, Cereal is official and completely legal. :) Unfortunately they still didn't add it here, I asked for it two times, but nothing for the moment. :(
why are the ratings 18+? can I watch it with my little sister?
Some episodes are 18+ rated (19+ in South Korea) because of the gore, but not all and a lot of the gore is censored. About your sister it depends a bit on how old she is, if she hasn't watched any thrillers or horror content before than I wouldn't really recommend to watch it with her. But what you can do is watch the first episode on your own and if you think its ok than you can continue watching it with her. The first episode is mostly a prologue to the rest of the series and its one of the 18+ rated episodes.
They care about each other's funerals lol 😅The only thing they care is when they'll kill each other
I'm not sure if PGW really wants the king dead. I think he really believes that what he does is for the good of the state to avoid another tyrant king, whatever it takes to keep it that way. But I could wrong of course, maybe he's indeed just after power and manipulates people in believing this is for the good of the state.
