It's more a psychological thriller, so the main focus of the drama is not so much on who exactly is the killer, so I would also recommend to keep watching. :)

Did you watch the alternative ending? If you haven't you should watch it because it does add a lot. It's at the end of Mouse: The Last.

Depends on the kid and how old, many episodes are indeed rated 19+, but some kids already watch horror movies at a very young age, so in that case this is not really a problem as the gore here is censored. But not everyone is like that, so if you or someone else you're asking for has no previous exposure to thrillers or horror then I would rather be careful, but it all depends on the age.

I'm not sure if you can blame her for that, the families of the other victims acted the same way. And then we are not even talking about the many other people that acted this way that didn't suffer, like the babysitters who did hurt the child on purpose. People unfortunately often don't think rationally, this is also shown at the end with people still voting for the new law.
And not to forget, Moochi also wanted to hurt the headhunters son.

Oh no thats unfortunate :(, I would say its still worth watching even with spoilers, but yeah...

And yeah I would say its quite dark too, with a lot of plot twists. :)

No worries there is no romance in it, its all myserty and action. :) There are some characters that clearly have romantic feelings for another character, but it never develops in something romantic, so no worries about it.

C-drama's are often too long for me to start them, it has to be really interesting to keep me hooked that long. :/ I like the kdrama 10, 16 or 20 episodes format.
A good c-drama that I would recommend is "The Longest day in Chang'an", its really good and visually stunning. :)

I wouldn't say it was completely her fault, the mother of Se Ho needed a scapegoat to hide the fact that her son attempted suicide. So even if she had lied about it and/or defended him, I'm not really convinced this would have saved Bok Soo from being blamed and expelled.

I assume you mean "Mouse: The Theatrical Cut", this is a movie version of Mouse till ep 17, so it doesn't contain anything new.
