How about a sexist angle? If she cheated first he for sure would want a divorce. Also, we can still call out BS…
No, even if the genders were swapped the situation would be almost similar. SK is still a bit of a conservative country and divorce is looked down upon (mostly).
And you can call it out but it still explains the actions of characters (Dr. Cha, her mother & Minhee) about why they don't want Dr. Cha to get divorced right away.
What cultural angle. Divorce is very popular in South Korea
Idk where you heard that but no, it's not (not in the way it is in America, at least). People tend to stick to their families even after the marriage has fallen apart. The younger generation are changing this tho. But I totally see why Dr. Cha wouldn't divorce him right away, and why people around her keep telling her to not get divorced.
The ending of Ep 10 was so beautiful. It's great to see that Dr. Cha and So Ra are finally bonding. And So Ra is not that bad after all (i might even like her).
worst family I've ever seen, the kids aren't thinking about their mother, they just don't want separate parents.
They are indeed thinking about their mother. She is in bad health and they just don't want to make it worse. And they aren't against their parents divorcing. (Remember, Jung min told his father to either divorce or stop being with Seughi.) They're just taking their time.
Even if EunSeo is not his daughter, he still cheated on her for YEARS. Even with " a lot of development", making…
Yeah, I agree. It's not that I want it to end that way, it's just a possibility. Ending alone is the best I guess. But I highly doubt she'll end up with Roy. (No particular reason, just a feeling.)
Ok, wild take; but I feel like Eun Seo is not really In ho's daughter.
And after a lot of development and drama, Jeong Suk will end up with In ho. And Roy would just be a second lead. I mean, it's a kdrama, anything can happen.
