Okay, the series was excellent, like superb. Everything was good, screenplay, OST, the plots, the twist, and the best part was the romance. But everything until episode 11. Because for the final episode, I have to rant. Like really, WTF? The story didn't make any sense for the first half or rather the middle part of episode 12. Like War zone? Out of no where? Like WTF.

I honestly loved the drama. I was on my edge cheering this drama, each scenes. Each romantic moments felt so real, yet some how the only scene that I have issue is the episode 12. But I have happy they ended it so beautifully. Like I would never ask a better ending than this. But still I have to rant.

Read below about the rant part, since it will be a spoiler.

Series was excellent, didn't like the ending, at all. I mean give them some closure, wtf is this type of ending, why? I mean really? Sometimes I wonder what happens to the writer when they are about to finish the drama, why the rush? It was going 10 for me, I gave it 8.5 just because how rushed the ending was, really stupid.

Title Light Shop Spoiler
I couldn't understand about the detective. So he also has cat eyes like the light shop owner so he is also doing…
Thanks for the explanation, the detective part was really something confusing for me, now understood. As per the girl well I understand the different interpretations. For me it would be little selfish tbh, to haunt the guy for life whom you loved so much and desperately tried to bring him back to life. She should have let him go.

I couldn't understand about the detective. So he also has cat eyes like the light shop owner so he is also doing the same thing? So how is he alive then? Isn't the shop and the owner are only seen in the afterlife? Also the couple, she forced him to come back to life and still was haunting him? For what reason? I understand she died thinking he died too, and I felt bad about them as well, but something didn't add up for me.

It was different. The first 2 episodes were chilling and haunting for sure, and once the individual stories were told, it got emotional as well. It was really nice tbh. This was something I didn't expect,

I would love for someone to explain me the ending, it got little confusion for me, so I will put it under spoiler down so someone can answer it.

It was nice for one time watch, the leads had a nice chemistry, little annoying side plots, loved the oldies bickering, overall good watch for 12 episodes. It is in the mid range of watching kdramas.

It was something weird. It started well, then went bad then picked up, went bad, then dragged, had romance and all. It was really very confusing. This was probably the most confusing drama I saw in 2024.

Hated the mothers in Go Ahead (Chinese version), hated the Kim San Ha's mother even more here. Yes there exists toxic family for sure, glad they didn't wanted to show them having a closure. I would have killed them literally. Apart from that, it was okay. For people watching this story for first time it may be nice, but since I watched the original, it lacked some part in the storytelling (assuming because of the time constraints). Dads were perfect, overall the bonding was nice. I couldn't help myself to compare though, but overall it was nice.

You know what, I knew about the ending, and still continued. I knew my heart will be broken but I still went on. This was an epic piece of friendship, family and love. I loved the plot, more loved the characters. I really cried towards the end. That "I love you" at the end, I could feel it through my screen. It was so sad yet it felt real.

For me the ending with the dream is there, yeah I am delulu, I don't care. This was a shocking surprise from Netflix towards the end of 2024. For yet to start people, you need a box of tissues.

On Guess Who I Am Nov 23, 2024
Honestly, it wasn't that bad. It turned out to be a different kind of story, a fiction inside a fiction. The ending was kind of General's Lady epilogue inspired. But I genuinely liked it. The chemistry between the leads was nice and they really showed the hate to friends to lover thing. It was good to see them. Read a lot of comments that there was no romance but I felt there was plenty.
The thiller part was good but only came to wards the last part. The twist at the episode 22 felt so late delivered. Could have been better to give it earlier may be around 20 and drag the plot a bit till 22 and then finish it. The twist was so sudden and by the time it felt good for the story the series ended. But it was still good. 8.8/10 for me.

Well few things.
1. It's absolutely brilliant drama, you need to give it a little time to take over you to watch it. I watched first 4 episodes, then took a break then watched the next 10 and then the rest in whole sitting. Took me 5 days to complete in total.
2. It's not a typical drama, so it may not be for everyone's taste. It was way too slow for me in some parts and some parts were well paced. But yeah it really needs patience to watch.
3. Each episode had it's story, and each character had their stories. Went through everyone's traumas to healing. It gave closure to all the characters, which was very very nice.
4. The evolution of the romance from just being two casual people to getting to know each other and going to all the stages to love was a treat to watch. Not many drama do this. It was nice to see the love was not forced to the story. It just naturally evolved and you feel it was just a part of the story.

So over-all, yes it's too long drama. And yes it might be slow for certain type of watchers. But it was worth going through all of those. It was really a healing drama. Straight on 9.5/10 for me.

Title Where Does the Sea Begin Spoiler
Okay for real, it was a messed up plot, especially from the FL's side. Like the entire side of Mizuki blamed Natsu…
And at the end he choosed Umi to go the beach and be with her alone. So what about Yayoi? She gave her 200% for the relationship and accepting the ex's kid. Natsu kept on clinging to Mizuki over and over again. I mean I can go on rant about it to length. I just wised Mizuki's mother to be out of the equation then these three would be a happy family.

Okay for real, it was a messed up plot, especially from the FL's side. Like the entire side of Mizuki blamed Natsu and Yayoi for what? What did they do? The mother blamed and vented her anger and frustration on Yayoi because of what? Her daughter abandoned Natsu suddenly saying she fell for someone else and just went ahead and had the baby and died, asked help from everyone when needed but didn't ask for help from Natsu at all, and then died suddenly.

After 8 years, it is now Natsu's fault that he was not there. I mean, for real? Are you kidding me? I never understood why the FL's side was so keen on blaming the ML's side for everything when it was THEIR DAUGHTER WHO TOOK ALL THE MATTER BY HER OWN.

I will never understand this piece of logic. People saying it's real-life shit and all, no one will just take the blame without doing anything, and at some point, they will fire back. No one is as good as Natsu, especially Yayoi.

Just frustrated with FL's family side, I hated it too much

So, I just watched Episode 03. Mizuki's Mother who gave birth at the Age of 42 is asking an unmarried young Woman,…
Thank you for the posting this. I am glad that I am not the only one who thought the mother and Mizuki's side was totally blaming Natsu for everything when it was her daughter's choice to go ahead with everything without bothering about anything. It was her selfish decision to do so. And Natsu and Yayoi are just getting the blame for doing nothing. It's just messed up. I hated this part so much for playing the victim's card.

I am happy I watched it. Like so happy. This is one of my favourite dramas of 2024, probably one of the few over the past few years. It had everything. The plot, story, friendship, loyalty, crime, and thriller, a little less on romance but I can look over it. The cliffhanger on episode 13 had me mad, but the last episode was so nicely done. I don't know if they hinted at a second season, if yes I will eagerly wait for it.
All the secondary characters were so nice and had a proper story. This is something I really appreciate. Also, the rating jumped to 8.8, which makes me even more happy. The only real comp[lain is the music and OSTs. I would have liked a better music selection though, that was the only flaw for me in the entire series.

It was really nice though. Pacing was good, nice storylines and good characters. It was light on story and was very much relaxing to watch. I liked it. It should be rated higher. It was really refreshing to watch these 12 episodes

On Gyeongseong Creature Season 2 Oct 31, 2024
It started off well, and plots moved and then it fell. Like Sweet Home. Utter waste of season 2 when you can't progress through the story from 1. The lady Yukiko was powerful then and was till the end. I wanted the leads to get the revenge on all the atrocities done to them by her, making her suffer more. Not some bullshit shit hole end for her. Also what was the logic of the gf scene of the main handler of the company this time, the doctor who was operating. Felt so many villains without any explaining, and I hated that. The story just put more questions than answers. It felt like watching Sweet home again with all the issues with all seasons.

It was good, really. A bit slow in the middle and got slightly complicated to understand but I loved the acting of Go Min Si. She justified the villain character to the fullest. I would have liked it a bit more if they would have made her suffer more and show a slight afraid and fear in her eyes during the ending, but I think her crazy character nature wouldn't do that in real. Apart from that, good side stories as well. Overall I liked the experiment. Don't know why the comments are so negative but it's a Netflix series so I always have less expectations on the storylines. For me overall was 8.5/10.

Dont tell me that good-for-nothing immoral, thoroughly corrupt, lazy ass prosecutor is the fl 😳...i am really…
Had the same thought for the prosecutor, and yes she redeemed herself but I still hate her character to fl. I would love the detective to be fl.

Okay, the drama overall is 9/10. I loved each and every character of the drama. They were lovely with lot of details to their stories. Every single character was awesome. The story, the plot and the turn of events were excellent. It made me feel helpless in the start to feeling so nice at the end, just like the priest himself. But, I may be ranting, I HATED the prosecutor Park Kyung Sun's character. Literally I was so pissed and annoyed by the way she acted the character and the way she was behaving. Like she literally helped every single time the bad people and was acting like innocent. Yes she went through the redemption arch and all those bullshit at the end. But still she is the only one I hated in the entire show. I got to a point where I just skipped her character entirely in the middle part of the drama. I would have been more pissed if they gave a love angel to her and the priest. Glad they didn't. Other people might love her but I to my gut hated her character.
Beside that I loved the show. Waiting for the second season for sure.
