Okay, the first 10 episodes or so made me think why I chose the drama and boi it changed so quickly. It was a really good drama. I mean the love story couldn't have ended on a more beautiful note. I liked the second half so so so much. The OSTs were bang on point and the secondary cast was nice with good plots. It was a kind of mature love story which I enjoyed watching. Just make yourself go through with the initial few episodes and then you will like it.
he asked her if she ever loved him even for a min or something like that to which she replied that she did not…
So the ending was like this dude still has some chance? Because he liked her as well even though it started as revenge. Because Jae I said to Ri An that they shouldn't be together so I assume she broke up with him as well. The ending was slight confusing for me. As the leads and side characters all got interchanged.
I mean yes it doesn't have any plot, but still I was hooked up and kind of liked it. Just one question if anyone can clarify to me. What does Jae I mean in the last scene that she lied to the last question on Kang Ha? I couldn't get that part.
Well so if I understood correctly the revenge was because her best friend betrayed her and her lover kind of cheated on her with her best friend? I mean I understand why she did it but I kind of felt also that Soo Yool kind of by herself fueled the jealousy plot. I mean yes her friend went for pop singing but she kind of told her that she was offered by Woo Yoon to sing no? I thought it was more of Soo Yool's acting and creating things on her own mind. I might be wrong so people can correct me with explaining. I need to rewatch it again so that I understand the plot even more.
I honestly couldn't find words to describe it. This is one of those dramas which makes it feel like you don't need a strong romantic plot or twists and turns in your story to make it good, just some simple story with good emotions and acting will just do the work.
I am so happy I saw the drama. It was peaceful, calming and just beautiful. The couple therapy part and the problem-solving approach in the relationship were just amazing. Couples sometimes don't share issues, leading to problems and misunderstandings, and this drama portrayed it so well. I have seen a similar drama like Go Back Couple but this was much nicely paced and more family-oriented. Loved it.
It was nice for a one-time watch for sure. I loved FL's sister's character very much and her BF also, they were a cute couple. Overall it's a sweet, rom-com, binge-worthy drama. No overhyped or plot drags and all. Give it a try if you don't want anything serious and complicated.
I started on Sunday because I knew the last episode was coming this week. The amount of resistance I had to show not to spoil myself for anything was beyond imagination. And I am glad I watched it on a go, I couldn't have waited to get emotionally traumatized (in a good way) waiting for the next episodes. I am so happy this drama came in 2024 after QOT so that I could enjoy this in much peace. I loved the drama. Sol's character was very painful to watch, and she thought she had to see Sun Jae in every timeline and endure the plot. It was so emotional. I am happy on how it ended. It couldn't have been much better. I don't want to spoil people who haven't seen the end yet. But oh boy it was a perfect drama, I mean perfect to the last letter. The different kinds of love as shown in the series are just priceless. What more I could have wanted from a series? And how can I forget the grandma, she was the guardian angel for them. She guided them so much and at the right moment. I can go on writing more and more, but I need to rewatch episode 16 again and cry (out of happiness) once more. One of the best Korean dramas I have watched since 2016, aka the best. it will take two of these dramas to go past the standards.
Well I didn't know which one was better, the movie or the series. Both were nice in their place. I enjoyed the movie, since I saw the series first and then this movie I was kind of expecting the story to be similar. But yes this had better storytelling mode and music. I liked the cinematography of the movie better. But overall a sweet, emotional and rollercoaster movie. As it says, love the inside, not the looks.
