Tbf most remakes of popular shows/movies are just money-grabs, and a half-baked attempt to direct the audience to the original work in an attempt to preserve the IP/copyright.

I was talking to my sister on a completely unrelated topic, when I finally realised what's the source of my Joong-issue. I have a 20-yr old cousin, who is a part of that whole Kylie Jenner/Insta-influencer generation. She wears her everyday make-up like an influencer, which horribly ages her up - we always joke that she is going for a "40-yr wine aunt, divorced mum of 3" asthetic. I am 35, so it's quite a BIG age difference. I don't have a baby-face but I take care of myself. I could pass for maybe 30-ish, so not that young, but enough to fool a date or two. So when we are together and she is in her full make-up, I look younger. It's weird and jarring, because you KNOW she is practically half my age, but she gets mistaken as the older one. THAT's how I felt when Joong was called the older one.
But, well, if they have addressed it, more power to them.
I think Joong actually looks older than Khaotung, who has been styled like a babyface for this series.
Na. Khao doesn't have a babyface. He looks his age - 25-26, unlike say Gun or War (Jack and Joker) who can pass younger. Same with Joong. He looks like he is in early 20s. Their styling just makes them seem weird because it doesn't suit either of them.

I just can't buy Joong as Khao's older brother, esp considering the actor not only IS younger, he LOOKS younger as well. They could have made him the protective younger brother, and Khao as the gullible older brother (not like that isn't a popular trope as well), or they could have just cast another older actor to play the character. Jimmy would have fit better, imho.

If they were really true to the synopsis, they would have debuted a group like Eternal Boys (anime), middle-aged uncles who always dreamt of being idols, but life got in the way. That's the plot of the show, sure. He was already attracted to the guy even before the blackmail part. That's not an issue here. The issue is that a high-profile lawyer would fold for something as silly as revenge porn, esp in his own home, like he has no other choice.

U don't need facts to destroy a reputation. It takes 5 mins and a single rumour from "close confidant anonymous source" to ruin a celeb, esp if the celeb in question has no big background or support/connections.
