100%. One show that I think might actually pull through to the end and not ruin itself is Be My Favorite. Highly…
BMF is really upto this week when Kawi finally shaped and confessed. I really hope we get 4 weeks of lovey-dovey but Pisaeng's lines "let's hold hands and solve all the problems together blah blah" in the next week's promo honestly spell a death flag.
Plus I have a feeling that we havent seen the last Pear yet (she is portrayed as childishly-selfish and she has a thing for Kawi, plus Kawi had promised her/her dad for a favour if they treated his dad though idk they can hold it now).
When this started I wrote that this will definitely be in my top 5 of 2023. I have to revise that. This is a candidate…
Honestly, if u stop waching at ep 9, it is still in top 10 thai bls of this year so far. I guess, that's consider how badly T-bls have been effing up this year.
Now I am terrified of what they will do to Be My Fav since all the problems were solved by ep 8 and we still have 4 more to go.
Loved the drama. The three leads work together really well. Even though there was no romance in the series and…
That's the beauty of bromance. Since it is not explicit, u can either see it or dont see it. U cant deny that they had feelings for each other, but whether they are romantic or platonic is entirely upto the viewer. For some like me, they were romantic. If u wanna see them as platonic, it's entirely your business.
Nothing between cop and Yiyong. Cop and the detective had potential imo.
why does a little romance bother so many people? It doesn't have to take up the whole drama, it can just have…
I dont want ANY romance in my procedurals or crime dramas. If I wanted to watch romance, I would watch a romcom not a detective show. Also, just becuse there is a male character and a female character, they dont HAVE to be a couple. Why cant they just be normal colleagues, just like two male or two female characters would be (shipping aside, they dont make two male or two female colleagues into a couple, so I dont see why a male-female pair need to be).
Also, in 99% of cases the dynamics of the team change when m/f start dating (jealousy, possessiveness, hero taking stupid risks when heroine inevitably gets captured and heroine basically turning into an emotional damsel in distress).
The only show where I didn't mind the romance was Brooklyn 99 because of how organic it was and the characters didnt fundamentally change just because they got together.
The production team stated, "Kim Rae Won and Son Ho Jun's Jin Ho Gae and Bong Do Jin will ignite a fantastic chemistry that evolves into a deep relationship in Season 2,"

The villain is devil judge assassin. The heroes are trying to capture him.
I hear ya. I dont know why they cant keep romance to romcoms. I wouldn't mind a relationship if it was organic but this is like the writers cant have a male and female together on screen without turning them into a couple. And then turning the female, no matter how she was introduced into a pathetic damsel in distress.
Them getting together felt like a defeat where I was watching a manipulator win. I will never be on the same wavelength…
Yep. It's sad that people romantisize Mork and be like "it's fantasy, not reality" when you know damn well that even in reality there are people who actually behave this way and get away with it.
Thanks for saying all this. All this time it felt like I was screaming into the void about toxic and disturbing Mork is, so at least now I know I'm not crazy for saying it. I dropped it at ep 10 because I just couldnt see Pi ending up with asshole.
At this point, I am still rooting for Tai and Lomfon, only because Patt and Tien deserve much better than them
I dont mind Lomfon being an idiot. He is 20, we all were idiots at 20. But I dont want him and Tien to get together at the last moment as a consolation. Tien DESERVES to be courted like a king he is.
I am very much hoping for an open ending for their couple where Tein says "definitely maybe" to him and possibly a second season only for that couple.
Giving this week a miss so I can watch the last two episodes togwther and just get over it. The show was pretty decent until last week, now I just want freedom for Tien and Patt
