I dont think he is really naive. If he was he would be horrified when Bow told him about Lomfon, not dismissive. He knows he is leading Lom on, he is very well-aware about the crush, but he prefers Patt more.

At least the thing drama got right was that the brother still a narcissitic and unrepentant gaslighting a-hole. Abusers will find a way to make the victim's feel like it's THEIR fault they got abuser. So, I guess it's pass?
But why? The drama is perfect as it is. The manga is pretty clean and smooth with no unncessary drama or misunderstandings. So why make an original extra just to have a pointless drama when they can just make a grown up Tane slice of life instead. WHY....?!! JUST..... WHY?!?!
