This is a high quality drama. I like the way the author plays with the audience but still leaves room for us to guess, not hiding everything nor revealing too much. I like scenes with few lines but rich in meaning such as the church scene, the scene of government officials attending the party. I don't know why but this drama reminds me of Attack on Titan =)) Plus, Ji Sung and Jin Young's acting are excellent.
After episode 1 and 2, I found Sun Ah to be a frustrating character, but after episode 3 I was completely attracted to her, especially the massage scene.
This drama reminds me of my friend who is an obstetrician. She doesn't care about money even though in my country the doctor's salary is not as high as in Korea and to become a rich doctor you have to open a private clinic. But she just wants to study a lot, become a really good doctor and helping many infertile women to have children. So I think doctors like Hospital Playlist's F5 could exist in real life.
I just finished episode 1, it's a promising, quite interesting and refreshing drama. I really like Jisung's acting, confident, manly and delicate. However, I am not really interested in the rest of the characters, especially Sun Ah, I feel she is a bit dramatic and exaggerated.
Park Bo Young is a great actress, the strongest out of the cast but her mannerism tends to read the same in her…
I agree with you, she's good at acting but the acting is the same through the 4 dramas she's been in, and the scripts she chose isn't good either, only OMG has a better script than the others. She should choose a different genre and character. I feel she is better and has more variety acting in movies than dramas
Wow Jo Jung Suk's skin is always full of vitality although he's over 40 years old. That's the first thing that comes to my mind whenever Ik Jun appears
Did it end very badly etc? Cos the ratings are consistently high throughout it's airing.
It's ending is pretty good for people who love it, but I feel it's bad for the entire series except for the first few episodes, I think this reaction is because a lot of people try to complete episodes and then review. I feel like I could watch the whole drama just because I'm Bo Young's fan. However, that's my taste
I remember when I watched part 1, I felt very surprised and interesting when no one in Jung Won's family wanted to own the hospital, and Jung Won used all his salary to pay hospital fees for poor patients. This drama is not dramatic, there are no bad guys because it is a cure-all. They made me look back on my life, clearly they are doctors, who have much more limited time for themselves than an 8-hour office worker like me. But they still do their best at work and have time to enjoy their life. It's cute and full of pink but also very realistic if you look at life positively. Especially during this COVID pandemic.
There are no words to describe how much I love this series. How can they make such a great drama? It warms my heart and gives me strength. On ss2, Chu Min Ha is so cute, I can't handle her expression when she's shy, awkward or clumsy.
Actually, I find this drama not very good but I continue to watch the new cuts of it. Park Bo Young and Seo In Guk's acting in this drama is so amazing. Their gazes were both affectionate and painful at the same time. Thanks to them, the scenes of the male and female leads just standing and looking at each other don't become empty. Hope they will have a happy ending and if possible they will act together again, with a better script.
I tried to watch it again, but my feeling with the drama was like the characters' sighs of boredom. I really like melodrama and fantasy but this script is pretty half-baked. I think the drama would be better if the writer do not trying to force it to climax at the end of each episode. A lot of dramas only take 20 minutes for me to feel how fragile life is, how warm human love is, but throughout the 8 episodes of this series, my consensus appears and is extinguished by reluctance of storyline. With a fantasy movie, everything is possible. I admit that, but in order for a fantasy drama to be convincing to viewers, let alone good drama, it has to build a solid fantasy world as well as its own logic. This movie is weak at that point and also lacks sophistication. Maybe I expected too much to be disappointed.
I comment in a civilized way and I think everyone has the right to comment on an issue in the direction of agreeing and disagreeing.
From episodes 3 - 5, I think the series has improved and will get better. But in episode 6, except for the beautiful and romantic kiss scene, everything let me down. Firstly, I couldn't understand the character's psychological development, secondly, there were too many superfluous things. And even though I like Park Bo Young so much, I admit that I'm starting to lose sympathy for Dong Kyung. She doesn't want to die, doesn't want her loved ones to die, but tries to love a hateful person so that person has to die. I think she'll try to fall in love with a serial killer, or someone who is cruel. But when I saw her thinking that she would fall in love with the young writer, I found her selfish and mean. He's impolite, but does he deserve to die? It was just a momentary thought, but it raised doubts in me, whether Dong Kyung is good enough to make Kim Sa Ram flutter. I liked the way she appeared to be indifferent to death, but the way the scriptwriter built it later made her gradually become childish and obnoxious. She asks Kim Sa Ram if he knows what love is, but what her act of trying to love the hateful is proving. "I don't just want to live, I want to live happily," she said. But I haven't seen her do anything to make herself happy in six episodes . There is also the character of God, her sentences and actions make me feel very childish and forced.
I still watch, simply because the casts are too good, but the script is bad, and lacks creativity with the fantasy genre.
Oh the drama is doing very well after the boring episode 2, the scenes are beautiful, the story goes well and the characters all have good chemistry. I love the scene of Kim Sa Ram and Dong Kyung on the train, it's simple and romantic, just a chair on the train at off-hours, just an understanding that doesn't need Kim Sa Ram's supernatural powers. It touches my heart, sweet and also very sad. I also like Dong Kyung's younger brother, the scene where he cries because of his older sister is really cute and touching. I know my heart will be broken but I also wanted to enjoy the sweet and painful feeling right now.
As a fan of Park Bo Young for a long time, I was very excited when she returned to act in drama with Oh My Ghost, at the moment I have to say Doom At Your Service is my favorite drama that she has played, surpassing Oh My Ghost, Abyss and Do Bong Soon. I like her to play mature and a bit melancholy roles.
The drama had a very good start with episode 1, I cried a lot while watching it, but I think its rating dropped terribly because of episode 2. Episode 2 made all expectations built up by episode 1 almost melted away. The tasteless details with the ex-boyfriend make the movie go into the rut like old kdrama. Episode 3 has been improved, redundant details have been reduced, episode 4 is quite attractive, it makes me regain the sense of anticipation. However, I don't know what role the supporting characters play in the story, I still don't see any connection with the two main characters.
